★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi surreal! Estive no restaurante ontem à noite (15/09), casa cheia, garçons se virando para atender bem a todos. Meu marido tomou uma cerveja e eu pedi uma água... não tinha água sem gás. Pedimos então algo para comer, 10 minutos depois de pedirmos o garçom retorna em nossa mesa e diz que estão sem o prato hoje. Pedimos então mais dois petiscos... 1h se passa, depois de perguntar inúmeras vezes para o garçom, entre outras respostas ouvimos que ia demorar porque tinham muitos pedidos na cozinha e eles estavam priorizando os pastéis (porque saem mais e mais rápido), decidimos cancelar e ir para outro lugar... Nesse momento o garçom veio com um dos pratos e dissemos que, depois de 1h de espera, já não queríamos mais... ok! O garçom retornou com o prato para cozinha e pedimos a conta. DO NADA aparece uma pessoa que havia saído da cozinha para tirar satisfação com a nossa mesa "Por que vocês querem cancelar?", "Não demorou tanto assim!"... isso numa indignação, numa falta de educação... BEM, ESSA SENHORA É A DONA DO ESTABELECIMENTO! Eu entendo o aborrecimento dela, não é legal ter um pedido cancelado, mas ir na mesa do cliente e dizer que não demorou uma hora??? Falar com o cliente como se fosse chefe abusiva??? O que ela acha que somos? NUNCA MAIS VOLTO NESSE LUGAR... Não indico, não recomendo e sinto muita pena de quem precisa trabalhar ali! Na falta de opção, fiquem em casa, não percam seu tempo e dinheiro ali!
My experience was surreal! I was at the restaurant last night (9/15), full house, waiters turning around to serve everyone well. My husband had a beer and I asked for water ... there was no still water. We then ask for something to eat, 10 minutes after we ask the waiter returns at our table and says they are without the dish today. We then asked for two more snacks ... 1h later, after asking the waiter numerous times, among other answers we heard that it would take time because there were many orders in the kitchen and they were prioritizing the pastries (because they come out faster and faster), we decided cancel and go somewhere else ... At that moment the waiter came with one of the dishes and we said that after 1 hour of waiting, we no longer wanted ... ok! The waiter returned with the dish for the kitchen and we asked for the bill. DO NOTHING appears a person who had left the kitchen to get satisfaction from our table "Why do you want to cancel?", "It didn't take that long!" ... this in indignation, in a lack of education ... WELL, THAT LADY IS THE OWNER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT! I understand her annoyance, it's not cool to have an order canceled, but go to the customer's table and say it didn't take an hour ??? Talk to the client as if she were an abusive boss ??? What does she think we are? NEVER GO BACK IN THIS PLACE ... I do not recommend, do not recommend and feel very sorry for those who need to work there! In the absence of a choice, stay at home, don't waste your time and money there!
