★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da encruzilhada pneus serem uma boa oficina tive um problema sério em dezembro de 2020. Troquei os dois pneus dianteiros mas infelizmente o vendedor me vendeu os pneus errados. Como meu carro é 4x4 e os pneus dianteiros precisam ser do mesmo tamanho dos traseiros, o erro me causou um prejuízo de r$ 500. Consegui, depois de muita conversa, negociar com oficina e trocaram pelos pneus do tamanho correto. Tive que esperar quase dois mês para os pneus chegarem.
Despite crossroads tires being a good repair shop I had a serious problem in December 2020. I changed both front tires but unfortunately the seller sold me the wrong tires. As my car is a 4x4 and the front tires need to be the same size as the rear ones, the mistake caused me a loss of r$ 500. After a long conversation, I managed to negotiate with the workshop and they exchanged them for the correct size tires. I had to wait almost two months for the tires to arrive.

On 01/19/2022 I arrived at lunch time I was well attended with my fiat mobi the service I found it to be fast about 30 minutes.
3D Alignment/Balance/Caster and 1 LD camber . The professional wraps the steering wheel with plastic film for handling, I liked it and I will return soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não foi legal, pois o mecânico quebrou a calotinha da roda e a atendente disse que eu já tinha chegado com ela quebrada, fiz a verificação e constatei que o mecânico quebrou, depois ele mesmo assumiu; só depois disso é que resolveram colar a calotinha em vez comprar uma nova. Valor do prejuízo R$: 76,00. Obseve que realizei a troca de 02 pneus, e o serviço foi R$: 1.449,00.
The service was not nice, because the mechanic broke the wheel cap and the attendant said that I had already arrived with it broken, I checked and found that the mechanic broke it, then he took over himself; only after that did they decide to glue the hubcap instead of buying a new one. Loss value R$: 76.00. Note that I changed 02 tires, and the service was R$: 1,449.00.

Mas é impossível os balconistas negociarem um desconto, mesmo você fazendo uma compra de alto valor e pagando por serviços que te arrumam na hora (fizeram cambagem e caster mas sequer emitiram um relatório pra me mostrar como e o quanto estava desalinhado). Só dão um desconto merreca se pagar em especie/pix apenas no valor de produtos. Não senti confiança de voltar pra fazer qualquer outro serviço.
The price is compatible with the market. But it's impossible for the clerks to negotiate a discount, even if you make a high-value purchase and pay for services that fix you on the spot (they did camber and caster but didn't even issue a report to show me how and how misaligned it was). They only give a merreca discount if you pay in species/pix only for the value of products. I didn't feel confident going back to do any other service.
