★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o carro para balancear e alinhar, pra nunca mais, foi feito porem o volante ficou torno para esquerda, levei para alinhar hoje, passei amanha toda e não arrumaram algo tão simpress. Maquina 3d totalmente desregulada, o carro entrava na maquina e saia com o volante desalinhado. Resumindo, gastei combustivel dando volta pra tentar resolver o problema, infelimente colocaram culpa no meu pneu, entrei com o carro alinahdo e sai desalinhado, totalmente insatisfeito, nunca mais volto nessa loja, fui em outra, paguei 30 reais, o cara alinhou perfeitamente e não culpou meus pneus. Só n dou nota 0 porque não tem. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUEM!

In short, I spent fuel turning around to try to solve the problem, unfortunately they put the blame on my tire, I got the car in alignment and it goes out of alignment, totally dissatisfied, I never go back to this store, I went to another one, I paid 30 reais, the guy lined up perfectly and didn't blame my tires. I only give a score of 0 because it doesn't have one. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!

Foi realizado serviço de alinhamento, ficou pior do que estava. Ainda saíram com meu veículo Para a rua, sem ao menos uma vistoria ou algo do tipo.
Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.
Terrible attendance.
Alignment service was performed, it got worse than it was. They still went out with my vehicle to the street, without at least an inspection or something.
I don't recommend it at all.

Estive ontem nessa loja em piedade p fazer uma limpeza de carter de uma saveiro q consiste em retirar 4 parafusos do carter e dois da peneira da bomba e foi cobrado 252,00 reais de mao de obra. Isso se chama de assalto. Sou uma locadora de veiculos e sei preço de tudo q faco . Esperava ser cobrado de 80 a 100 reais de mao de obro. Nao aconselho a ninguem a realizar qualquer servico nessa rede da encruzilhada pneus .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, porém não tinham a quantidade e em 2 semanas aumentaram 18% o valor dos pneus... Havia trocado dois e quando voltei haviam chegado os pneus com o valor maior, acabei por trocar os outros dois em outra loja...

Meu carro estava com um ruido intermitente estranho na roda direita dianteira. O orçamento da loja para resolver o problema foi de 1.500,00 na época. Embora não entenda nada de mecânica fiquei com uma pulga atrás da orelha. Um mecanico de confiança de um amigo identificou o problema e resolveu. Paguei 80 R$... eram duas borrachas que precisavam trocar. Não recomendo.
