There's no point in letting an employee treat a student indifferent to the others. It's unacceptable for an academy of this size, to let an employee do that with customers and don't take action!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem como ser pior! Não funcionam as esteiras e nem tem as aulas que venderam no pacote. Todo dia impedem o acesso na catraca como se o aluno não estivesse em dia com a academia!
It can't be worse! The treadmills do not work and there are no classes that were sold in the package. Every day they prevent access to the turnstile as if the student was not up to date with the gym!

Sou aluno da end fit e nunca passei uma situação como essa, sinceramente, irei procurar meios legais para q tomem providência, n tem cabimento deixar uma pessoa sem treinamento nem um atender os demais clientes... I was treated indifferently by a receptionist, I felt very embarrassed, so I was embarrassed in front of other students. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia em si é boa, seria melhor se todos os aparelhos estivessem funcionando desde sua inauguração, inclusive ar condicionado. Calor insuportável, esteiras paradas, e cobrança no valor integral! Já que parte da academia não funciona, deveria haver um desconto né?
The gym itself is good, it would be better if all the equipment had been working since its opening, including air conditioning. Unbearable heat, treadmills stopped, and full charge! Since part of the gym doesn't work, there should be a discount right?
