★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho passado momentos de muita dor corporal neste lugar, mas toda essa dor vai ser revestida em vida saudável, corpo equilibrado, menos peso e glicemia controlada. Não posso negar que o auxílio de um personal está sendo fundamental para meu progresso.
Ambiente sempre limpo e higienizado, equipamentos com distanciamento na medida do possível pela metragem da academia, pessoal que frequenta sempre usando máscara e respeitando o distanciamento.
 I have spent moments of a lot of bodily pain in this place, but all that pain will be covered in a healthy life, a balanced body, less weight and controlled blood glucose. I cannot deny that the assistance of a personal is being fundamental to my progress.
Environment always clean and sanitized, equipment with distance as far as possible due to the gym's footage, staff who always wear a mask and respect the distance.

Os aparelhos fica em manutenção direto ,
Televisor estragado ,academia é muito boa mas acho que tem um certo descaso com a região de coronel Fabriciano
