★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OS médicos são excelente profissionais, porém precisam melhorar o atendimento na recepção, pois ligamos pra la e nunca ninguém atende, e quando atendem informam que estão em procedimento com o medico e não podem atender, e que é para continuar insistindo ate atenderem! Acho que precisam contratar mais recepcionistas, para atender melhor a demanda.
The doctors are excellent professionals, but they need to improve the attendance at the reception, because we call them and no one ever answers, and when they answer, they inform that they are in a medical procedure and can not attend, and that is to keep insisting until they attend! I think they need to hire more receptionists to better meet the demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Fui fazer minha endoscopia que estava marcada às 12h. Era uma indicação da minha médica. Só fui fazer o exame por volta das 13h e isso porque tive de reclamar na recepção. Por fim , ao levar o material para biópsia meu nome estava errado e tive de voltar para refazer a etiqueta, detalhe: erraram também na guia da Unimed. Sorte que moça do laboratório foi compreensiva e eu mesma alterei por cima o meu sobrenome. Absurdo. Foi a primeira e última vez que fiz lá.
Service leaves much to be desired. I went to do my endoscopy that was scheduled at 12pm. It was an indication from my doctor. I only took the exam at around 1 pm and that was because I had to complain at the reception. Finally, when taking the material for biopsy my name was wrong and I had to go back to redo the label, detail: they also made mistakes in the Unimed guide. Lucky that girl from the lab was understanding and I changed my last name myself. Absurd. It was the first and last time I did it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência traumática. Levei minha mãe para uma consulta com o oncologista (caso de urgência) e o mesmo sequer olhou os exames que tínhamos em mãos. Saímos de lá pior do que chegamos em razão do descaso dele com uma paciente que estava sentindo dores terríveis por conta da doença. : (
Traumatic experience. I took my mother for an appointment with the oncologist (emergency case) and he did not even look at the tests we had in hand. We left there worse than we arrived due to his neglect with a patient who was in terrible pain because of the disease. : (
