★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a ninguém, recepcionista mal humoradas, totalmente grossas sem educação nenhuma. Ambiente super lotado não tem aonde sentar em plena pandemia!! Marcamos o horário as 09:40 e entramos as 11:16, falta de respeito com o paciente
No point to anyone, grumpy receptionist, totally rude with no education at all. Super crowded environment has nowhere to sit in the middle of a pandemic!! We made an appointment at 9:40 am and entered at 11:16 am, lack of respect for the patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não funciona com hora marcada, os procedimentos não são claros, já são cerca de 3 horas na fila de espera, mesmo com horário marcado, ao chegar o atendimento é por espera, um absurdo o cliente ter que passar 24 horas de jejum ter hora marcada e ainda ter que esperar mais de 3 horas pra ser atendido por falta de organização e gestão não recomendo e será a última vez que usamos essa clínica
It does not work with an appointment, the procedures are not clear, there are already about 3 hours in the queue, even with an appointment, when the service arrives it is by waiting, it is absurd for the customer to have to spend 24 hours fasting to have an appointment and still having to wait more than 3 hours to be seen due to lack of organization and management I don't recommend it and it will be the last time we use this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito com pacientes. A endoscopia da minha esposa estava marcada para as 9:30h, ela entrou para realizar o exame às 11:30h. Fora isso chamaram a pessoa das 10h antes dela. Se eu não fosse reclamar na recepção provavelmente teriam nos esquecido lá. Lembrando que numa endoscopia o paciente fica em jejum total. Fiquei com meu filho de 7 anos, já com fome, esperando por horas.
Disrespectful to patients. My wife's endoscopy was scheduled for 9:30 am, she came in for the exam at 11:30 am. Other than that, they called the 10 o'clock person before her. If I hadn't complained at reception they would have probably forgotten us there. Remembering that in an endoscopy the patient is in total fasting. I stayed with my 7 year old son, already hungry, waiting for hours.
