Primeiro, Realmente não tem identificação na fachada, porem não é isso que está em questão.
Realmente é um local simples, não é uma clinica 5 estrelas, porem não é uma espelunca.
As recepcionistas que estão a frente para atender aos pacientes sempre me atenderem muito bem, nunca tive problemas com o atendimento, o arquivo delas é sim de papel, porem muito organizado.
Agora vamos falar do Medico Dr. João Cesar Castro Soares,
Primeiro, fui muito bem atendida, ele faz todos os tipos de perguntas para saber a real necessidade para o meu emagrecimento.
Eu estive no consultório em nov. de 2017 pesando quase 63 kilos, hoje em jan de 2018 estou pesando 54 kilos, e tudo isso devo as formulas
que o Doutor João me receitou. ele receita de acordo com sua necessidade, também, me receitou vitaminas para que eu não tivesse problemas de saúde por conta da falta de apetite.
Então é assim...
Hoje depois que minhas amigas viram o resultado do meu tratamento, todas querem passar com ele.
Eu continuarei em tratamento, pois mesmo perdendo peso, sabemos que não se pode parar logo de inicio, até que seu organismo se acostume a comer pouco e com isso você não irá mais precisar de remédios.
Porem isso é um processo que tem que ser passado, e não do dia pra noite.
Todos acima falaram mal do ambiente, porem eu acho assim, temos que dar valor ao profissional, porque o que adianta estar em uma clinica 5 estrelas e não ter bons profissionais.
Sou a FAVOR dessa clinica SIM, E quem estiver procurando beleza esteticística no local, que procure um local de pessoas ricas.
EU ESTOU MUITO SATISFEITA COM O DOUTOR, E VALE APENA PAGAR PARTICULAR COM ELE, PORQUE SEI QUE É BOM.
PENSEM NISSO!!!!

It really is a simple place, it is not a 5 star clinic, but it is not a joint.
The receptionists who are in front to assist the patients always serve me very well, I never had any problems with the assistance, their file is indeed made of paper, but very organized.
Now let's talk about Doctor Dr. João Cesar Castro Soares,
First, I was very well attended, he asks all kinds of questions to find out the real need for my weight loss.
I was in the office in nov. of 2017 weighing almost 63 kilos, today in Jan 2018 I'm weighing 54 kilos, and I owe all of the formulas
that Doctor João prescribed for me. he prescribes according to his needs, he also prescribes vitamins so that I don't have health problems due to lack of appetite.
So it's like this ...
Today after my friends saw the result of my treatment, they all want to spend it with him.
I will continue on treatment, because even losing weight, we know that you cannot stop right from the beginning, until your body gets used to eating little and with that you will no longer need medication.
However, this is a process that has to be passed, and not overnight.
Everyone above spoke ill of the environment, but I think so, we have to give value to the professional, because what's the point of being in a 5-star clinic and not having good professionals.
I am in favor of this clinic YES, and whoever is looking for aesthetic beauty in the place, look for a place of rich people.
I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE DOCTOR, AND IT'S WORTH TO PAY PARTICULARLY WITH HIM, BECAUSE I KNOW IT'S GOOD.

O Dr. Marcos é um excelente profissional, atencioso e atende muito bem, mas as recepcionistas, são péssimas, ignoram a ligação deixam você esperando, demoram para responder o whats, quando respondem as vezes nao e tudo que respondem e não são bem educadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Marcos é excelente, super descontraído , excelente profissional . Nos orientou de uma forma clara e tirou todas as nossas dúvidas . A recepcionista é nova no local , um doce de pessoa, super educada , prestativa , organizada . Agora uma senhora que creio que deve ser a dona do local , super mau educada , olha para as pessoas de "rabo" de olho . Trata todos com falta de educação , humilhou a recepcionista na frente de TODOS . A tratou tão mal que TODOS ficaram incomodados com a situação . Todos que eu digo são os clientes , completamente sem educação , gritando com a menina por ela apenas fazer uma pergunta . Eu e todos os outros clientes estávamos indignados com tamanha falta de respeito e grosseria . Eu mesma falei para a recepcionista que ela não pode deixar NINGUÉM falar com ela dessa forma , pois nem cachorro é tratado assim . Creio que outros pacientes também irão fazer a mesma reclamação , pois era nítido a falta de respeito , falta de empatia , falta de educação que essa Sra possui . Irei retornar (talvez) somente pelo médico , se fosse depender dela jamais pisaria ai novamente . Ela com uma outra moça da clinica falando mal da recepcionista pelas costas , e a menina trabalhando , sem ao menos pensar na maldade das pessoas com ela . Espero que isso mude, pois ninguém merece passar por isso e ser humilhada pelas pessoas em seu local de trabalho . Obrigada .
Dr Marcos is excellent, super relaxed, excellent professional. He guided us in a clear way and took away all our doubts. The receptionist is new to the place, a sweet person, super polite, helpful, organized. Now a lady who I believe must be the owner of the place, super badly educated, looks at people with a "tail" in her eye. He treats everyone with a lack of education, humiliated the receptionist in front of EVERYONE. He treated her so badly that EVERYONE was bothered by the situation. All I say is the customers, completely uneducated, yelling at the girl for just asking a question. Me and all the other customers were outraged at such a lack of respect and rudeness. I told the receptionist myself that she cannot let ANYONE speak to her that way, because not even a dog is treated like that. I believe that other patients will also make the same complaint, because it was clear the lack of respect, lack of empathy, lack of education that this Mrs. has. I will return (perhaps) only by the doctor, if I were to depend on her I would never step there again. She with another girl at the clinic talking badly about the receptionist behind her back, and the girl working, without even thinking about the meanness of people with her. I hope this changes, as no one deserves to go through this and be humiliated by the people at their workplace. Thanks .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na unidade da paulista mais cedo, minha primeira impressão foi péssima! Cheguei no local toquei o interfone, a recepcionista me viu e não disse nada, como era antes das 8 pensei que fosse por conta do horário, esperei, depois de um tempo chegou outra recepcionista nem olhou na minha cara, entrou e fechou a porta, então peguei e entrei, já tinha alguns pacientes! Eu não conhecia como funcionava essa entrada a recepção poderia ter feito um gesto com a mão para entrar!
Ai logo em seguida chega uma moça atrás de mim e foi atendida primeiro, tanto pela
recepção como pelo o Dr, sendo que fui informada que o atendimento é por ordem de chegada, a outra recepcionista informou sobre o erro e a outra funcionária simplesmente não se importou!!!
Ai quando o Dr. está atendendo, as duas recepcionista ficam falando da vida e reclamando de tudo, sim de tudo!! Falando que a segunda feira será ferrada e não sei o que, entendo que todos temos problemas, mas uma coisa é vida pessoal e a outra profissional.
E não para por aqui!! Uma idosa estava sendo atendida pelo o Dr, e acabou pedindo pra recepcionista deixar a ficha aberta para sua filha, logo quando o Dr fechou a porta, a recepcionista saiu chamando a senhora de retardada mental por simplesmente não ter falado sobre a ficha da sua filha quando passou com ela.
Então, nessa experiência deu pra perceber quando o Dr está presente elas se dão de boazinhas, simpáticas, mas quando ele está na sua sala, elas viram outra pessoas.
Sinceramente, se for para trabalhar com o público dessa forma, melhor ficar em casa!
Em relação ao atendimento do Dr é maravilhoso!!
Mas por conta de todos esses acontecimentos, me deu vontade de sair correndo desse lugar, uma situação totalmente desconfortável.
I was at the São Paulo unit earlier, my first impression was terrible! I arrived at the place, I rang the intercom, the receptionist saw me and didn't say anything, as it was before 8 I thought it was because of the time, I waited, after a while another receptionist arrived and didn't even look at my face, came in and closed the door, so I took it and went in, I already had some patients! I didn't know how this entrance worked the reception could have waved to enter!
Then a girl arrives right after me and was attended first, both by the
reception as by the Dr, and I was informed that the service is in order of arrival, the other receptionist informed about the error and the other employee simply did not care!!!
Then when the Dr. is attending, the two receptionists are talking about life and complaining about everything, yes about everything!! Saying that Monday will be screwed and I don't know what, I understand that we all have problems, but one thing is personal life and the other professional.
And it doesn't stop there!! An elderly woman was being attended by the Dr, and ended up asking the receptionist to leave the file open for her daughter, just when the Dr closed the door, the receptionist came out calling the lady mentally retarded for simply not talking about her daughter's file when he passed with her.
So, in this experience, you can see when the Dr is present, they get along nice, friendly, but when he is in your room, they turn into other people.
Honestly, if you're going to work with the public that way, you'd better stay home!
Regarding the Dr's care, it is wonderful!!
But because of all these events, it made me want to run away from this place, a totally uncomfortable situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi vários comentários ruins da clínica, mas fui e pude verificar que não é assim ( como comentários) fui super bem atendida pela recepcionista que inclusive sempre que preciso me atende prontamente no whatsapp em relação a várias dúvidas. Em relação ao Dr Marcos ele é um excelente profissional. Faz 8 anos que estou na luta contra a obesidade e já fui em muitos endocrinologistas ( sem sucesso) e em 3 meses fazendo tratamento com ele já consegui emagrecer 10 kilos. Só tenho elogios para a clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo em todos os sentidos, vigilância precisa fazer uma visita urgentemente!!! Tudo enferrujado, ambiente escuro, Recepcnista mal humoradas, grosseira! Médico endócrino faz consulta em 3 minutos, com a máscara suja e caída em tempo de pandemia, não fornecem álcool gel em nenhum ambiente. Portanto passei o caso para o convênio para tomar as devidas providências, descaso total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdi meu dia pra ser atendida em 5minutos, gastar com gasolina e estacionamento, fora que ainda recebeu do meu convênio para nem sí quer ter me examinado, o que agora eu acho uma sorte minha!
Precisa de uma fiscalização, cheguei a duvidar que estava diante de um médico!
Do ambiente sujo e sem iluminação alguma, recepcionista mal educada, vamos ao relato do atendimento do médico.. doutor estava sem jaleco, sentado estava sentando ficou, a máscara de tecido suja caindo do rosto, relatei o motivo da consulta, minhas queixas e ele si quer me examinou, o que agora eu acho uma sorte minha, a vigilância precisa urgentemente fazer uma visita ao “DOUTOR”! Estou indignada, uma pena eu não ter lido todas as críticas que ele já tem aqui antes de ir!
