★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz 2 consultas com Dr. Fábio Pizzamiglio. É um excelente gastroenterologista, foi uma indicação bem sucedida de um amigo. Ele fez uma boa anamnese e pediu apenas um hemograma completo e outras pequenos teste(glicose). No retorno apenas recomendou um fitoterápico para restabelecer a flora e melhorar a constipação intestinal. Achei bem objetivo e efetivo o diagnóstico. Recomendo!
 I have already made 2 consultations with Dr. Fabio Pizzamiglio. He is an excellent gastroenterologist, was a successful referral from a friend. He made a good history and asked for only a complete blood count and other small tests (glucose). In return only recommended a herbal medicine to restore flora and improve intestinal constipation. I found the diagnosis very objective and effective. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é boa, mas deve investir na área de espera na recepção. Não tem lugar de sentar, pessoas ficam em pé... A primeira impressão que tive não foi boa, quase fui embora antes de fazer o exame.
Ainda bem que as a equipe de enfermagem foi ótima e atenciosa! A médica Dra. Daniela e aa anestesista TB!
The clinic is good, but you should invest in the waiting area at the reception. There's no place to sit, people stand ... The first impression I had was not good, I almost left before taking the exam.
Thankfully, the nursing staff was great and helpful! The doctor Dr. Daniela and the anesthetist TB!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr. Itiberê é o mais famoso. Sua clínica é muito boa. Mas tenho uma sugestão a fazer.
No atendimento presencial, as atendentes nos fazem assinar dois documentos sobre os procedimentos a serem realizados mas não nos fornecem o nome do profissional que irá realizar a endoscopia. Ora, não se assina um documento em branco sem o nome do profissional.
Outra sugestão é uma inversão na forma do atendimento tornando mais humano. Sendo, primeiro o profissional deverá conversar com o paciente e tirar todos as dúvidas, mostrar os exames fazer a anamnese e só depois, comecariam os preparos.
Neste sentido passei mal com a atendente Juliana que levou a minha pasta de documentos para a anestesista e ja queria me colocar no soro antes mesmo de qualquer profissional vir conversar comigo. Eu recusei o procedimento e exigir a presença do Dr. Itiberê.
No mais foi tudo tranquilo.

In face-to-face care, the attendants make us sign two documents about the procedures to be performed, but do not provide us with the name of the professional who will perform the endoscopy. However, a blank document is not signed without the name of the professional.
Another suggestion is an inversion in the form of care, making it more human. First, the professional should talk to the patient and clear all doubts, show the exams, do the anamnesis and only then, would the preparations begin.
In this sense, I felt bad with the attendant Juliana, who took my folder of documents to the anesthesiologist and already wanted to put me in the serum before any professional came to talk to me. I refused the procedure and demanded the presence of Dr. Itiberê.
Everything else was calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame de endoscopia na clínica com Dra. Fernanda Salomão e recomendo para todos. A estrutura é de primeira qualidade e o atendimento excelente. Foi fundamental a paciência e as explicações prestadas pela Dra. Fernanda previamente ao procedimento, tendo me tranquilizado muito, pois nunca tinha feito esse exame antes. Após o término e passada a sedação ela retornou e me avaliou novamente, informando que tinha corrido tudo bem e que em alguns minutos eu estaria liberado. Excelente profissional e muito dedicada!
Recomendo tanto a clínica como a Dra. Fernanda.
I did an endoscopy exam at the clinic with Dr. Fernanda Salomão and I recommend it to everyone. The structure is top notch and the service is excellent. The patience and explanations provided by Dr. Fernanda before the procedure were fundamental, having reassured me a lot, as I had never done this exam before. After the end and after the sedation was over, she returned and evaluated me again, informing me that everything had gone well and that in a few minutes I would be released. Excellent professional and very dedicated!
I recommend both the clinic and Dr. Fernanda.

Se não têm telefonista deveriam ter um Whatsapp pra gente conseguir marcar um exame, ou será que a gente tem que ir aí só pra marcar e depois voltar no dia marcado pra fazer o exame? Continuo exercitando a minha nenhuma paciência, como veem, ouvindo este disco mais batido da enia aqui na minha cabeça. Vamos ver até quando terei paciência com isto aqui. A começar pelo agendamento: não tive os problemas relatados com telefone, minha ligação foi atendida muito rápido e a atendente foi muito cordial, me esclarecendo todas as minhas dúvidas.
Chegando no local, a recepção é muita boa e a recepcionista também foi ótima e muito educada. Atendimento muito rápido também.
Toda a parte interna e o procedimento são muito organizados e cuidadosos. A enfermeira Vânia, a dra. Paula e a anestesista Alessandra me trataram muito bem e esclareceram todos os meus questionamentos. Recomendo demais!
