★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem comecei a experiência,apenas liguei pedindo informações sobre consulta,horário,e dados de pgto por cartão.Nao deram a mínima,não retornaram,e vi qvestavam on LINE,pelo whatsapp.Pq então colocam telefone?Me passa impressão que não precisam de pacientes,pq estão ricos
Então fechem a clínica!!Já não gostei inicialmente,imagina o resto?

So close the clinic!! I didn't like it initially, can you imagine the rest?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! A estrutura física é boa, mas engana a quem precisa de seus serviços. A espera pra realização de exames é enorme, e isso é absurdo aos ouvidos de quem está em jejum há mais de 12 hrs. Ao questionar a supervisão tal situação, é como se fosse algo normal, pois os médicos atendem as intercorrências dos pacientes em seus exames, e a demora é em virtude disso. Porque absorver a demanda se não tem quadro suficiente pra honrar com o horário marcado? Acho inclusive, que por se tratar de uma relação de consumo, o Procon deveria fazer uma visita ao lugar, pra fiscalizar o cumprimento do que foi acordado previamente!
I do not recommend! The physical structure is good, but it deceives those who need its services. The wait for exams is enormous, and this is absurd in the ears of those who have been fasting for more than 12 hours. When questioning the supervision of such a situation, it is as if it were something normal, as doctors attend to the complications of patients in their exams, and the delay is due to this. Why absorb the demand if you don't have enough staff to keep up with the scheduled time? I even think that, as this is a consumer relationship, Procon should pay a visit to the place, to monitor compliance with what was previously agreed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se possível não daria nenhuma estrela, o local aparenta ter pouca movimentação e que vai ser rápido, mas na realidade já passei mais de 2h na espera da minha esposa grávida ser atendida par a uma simples consulta.
Se for para atender nesse nível de agilidade melhor se equiparar ao SUS ou nos direcionar para lá....
If possible I wouldn't give any stars, the place seems to have little movement and that it will be fast, but in reality I've spent more than 2 hours waiting for my pregnant wife to be seen for a simple appointment.
If it is to serve this level of agility, better to match the SUS or direct us there....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Minha consulta estava marcada para às 9h30, cheguei às 9h41e à médica já tinha ido embora. Respeito zero com o paciente. Tenho tudo comprovado aqui com a senha de entrada. Nota zero.
Terrible. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am, I arrived at 9:41 am and the doctor had already left. Zero respect for the patient. I have it all proven here with the input password. Grade zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, fui com minha mãe 80 anos, os exames de colonoscopia e endoscopia, os mesmos estavam marcados para ter inicio as 14: 00 horas, chegamos as 13:00, fomos atendidos as 15:00, demorou muito, as atendentes não tem sitonia com o corpo tecnico um verdadeiro desastre. Nao recomendo.

O atendimento via whatsapp é demorado, adicionaria um chatbot ou ainda um catálogo já que basicamente são serviços fixos e com valores fixos! Isso ajudaria muito (dica de quem trabalha com público)
O ambiente de espera é agradavel, organizado e limpo;
A médica Luciana Paraguassu é muito atenciosa! E as enfermeiras são muito dedicadas tamb.
Sobre a forma de pgto: eles cobram 5% a mais se vc quiser pagar no cartão, e não é informado sobre isso no orçamento, o que tira total credibilidade dessa parte! Informar sobre taxas é primordial para qualquer cliente!
No mais os atendentes foram simpáticos e a sala de recuperação é muito boa! Tem tv e eles te dão salada de frutas

Service via whatsapp is time consuming, I would add a chatbot or even a catalog since they are basically fixed services with fixed values! This would help a lot (tip from those who work with the public)
The waiting environment is pleasant, organized and clean;
The doctor Luciana Paraguassu is very attentive! And the nurses are very dedicated too.
About the payment method: they charge 5% more if you want to pay by card, and you are not informed about this in the budget, which takes away all credibility from this part! Informing about fees is paramount for any customer!
In addition, the attendants were friendly and the recovery room is very good! There's tv and they give you fruit salad
