★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando ser atendida e obter informações sobre exames há dois dias e não consigo. Tentei por telefone, depois de várias tentativas e muita espera, a atendente não soube me dar informação e sugeriu enviasse mensagem pelo Whatsapp. Não consegui ser respondida. Péssimo atendimento.
 I've been trying to get help and get information about exams for two days and I can't. I tried it over the phone, after several attempts and a lot of waiting, the attendant was unable to give me information and suggested I send a message via Whatsapp. I couldn't be answered. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero registrar q me surpreendeu o fato do ambiente da clinica( sala de espera e sala de repouso pos exame) não respeitar os protocolos basicos de protecao em tempos de pandemia como distanciamento entre os clientes. O atraso no horario de atendimento e o fato de alguns exames exigirem a presença de um acompanhante aumentam o numero de pessoas e prolonga a convivencia de risco.
I want to record that I was surprised that the clinic environment (waiting room and post-examination rest room) did not respect the basic protocols of protection in times of pandemic as a distance between clients. The delay in the opening hours and the fact that some exams require the presence of a companion increase the number of people and prolong the coexistence of risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou à Endoview tem 10 anos. Sempre faço , a pedido dos medicos, endoscopia e de 4/4 anos a colonoscopia. Nota 10 a todos os profissionais. Mas....hoje estou insatisfeita; estou ligando pra la e tem 24,21 minutos que espero que me atendam. Só vem a gravação dos exames feitos na Clínica. Me atender que é bom, nada....
I've been going to Endoview for 10 years. I always do, at the request of doctors, endoscopy and 4/4 years colonoscopy. Grade 10 to all professionals. But ... today I am dissatisfied; I'm calling there and have 24.21 minutes that I hope will be answered. Only the recording of the exams done at the Clinic comes. Attending me is good, nothing ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na véspera do exame da minha mãe idosa, ligaram para ela perguntando se ela poderia antecipar o horário do exame em 30min (de 11:30 para 11:00). No dia seguinte, chegamos 15min antes do novo horário, sala de espera pequena e lotada, em tempos de pandemia em que se deveria praticar o distanciamento. Perguntei se o exame da minha mãe seria no horário marcado, disseram na recepção que sim, que não havia atraso... Resultado: ela foi chamada às 11:50h, esperamos mais de 1h naquela salinha lotada. Ou seja, ela foi chamada depois até do que o horário original de 11:30. Pra que pedir pra antecipar, total falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente. A mesma coisa aconteceu com outros pacientes que estavam na espera, inclusive uma outra senhora bem idosa, pediram pra antecipar o exame dela e ela já estava aguardando há mais de 1h. Uma clínica focada em maximizar seus lucros sem o menor zelo pelo bem estar e saúde dos clientes. Marcam mais pacientes do que dão conta gerando atrasos e aglomeração na sala de espera. Procure algum lugar que te respeita para marcar seu exame.
On the eve of my elderly mother's exam, they called her asking if she could anticipate the exam by 30 minutes (from 11:30 to 11:00). The next day, we arrived 15 minutes before the new schedule, a small and crowded waiting room, in times of pandemic when we should practice detachment. I asked if my mother's exam would be at the scheduled time, they said at the reception that there was no delay ... Result: she was called at 11:50 am, we expected more than 1 am in that crowded room. That is, it was called later than the original 11:30 am time. Why ask to anticipate, total lack of respect and consideration for the customer. The same thing happened with other patients who were waiting, including another very elderly lady, asked to anticipate her exam and she had been waiting for over 1 hour. A clinic focused on maximizing your profits without the least zeal for the well-being and health of clients. They schedule more patients than they can manage, generating delays and crowding in the waiting room. Look for a place that respects you to schedule your exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive apoio total na preparação do exame de colonoscopia, fiz o exame sem problemas algum, a anestesia usada nao durou muito depois do exame e me senti ótima depois, muito disposta (mas obrigada a descansar) sem dor alguma. Os profissionais são EXCELENTES, o anestesista super atendencioso, a doutora mt delicada, e a enfermeira muito simpática e competente. Eu estava com receio de realizar esse exame, mas foi MUITO tranquilo graças a toda equipe.
A única coisa q eu fiquei insatisfeita foi a falta de distanciamento entre os pacientes e acompanhante em todo o estabelecimento... Ainda havia uma funcionária que estava claramente gripada, oq deveria ter recebido licença pois nessa pandemia nao se sabe se poderia ser covid. Achei a clinica bem despreocupada nesse sentido. Se vc for grupo de risco não recomendo se expor a esse nível. É um ponto a melhorar e com certa urgência
No mais, tudo foi maravilhosamente perfeito.
I had full support in preparing the colonoscopy exam, I did the exam without any problems, the anesthesia used did not last long after the exam and I felt great afterwards, very willing (but obliged to rest) without any pain. The professionals are EXCELLENT, the anesthesiologist super attentive, the doctor very delicate, and the nurse very friendly and competent. I was afraid to take this exam, but it was VERY easy thanks to the whole team.
The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the lack of distance between patients and companions throughout the establishment ... There was still an employee who was clearly suffering from the flu, who should have received leave because in this pandemic it is not known if she could be covid. I found the clinic very carefree in that regard. If you're a risk group, I don't recommend exposing yourself to that level. It is a point to improve and with some urgency
In addition, everything was wonderfully perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer colonoscopia em 13/10/21. Equipe de atendimento ótima, recepção, enfermagem. Tudo ok. Avisei que tenho veias muito finas e difíceis de acessar. As duas anestesistas só conseguiram pegar depois de 5 tentativas dolorosas. Muito estresse. Sugiro que somente as auxiliares de enfermagem façam o acesso, pois são experientes e têm muita prática. Inadmissivel em uma clínica de tanta qualidade passar por uma experiência semelhante.
I went for a colonoscopy on 10/13/21. Great service team, reception, nursing. Everything is OK. I told you that I have very fine veins that are difficult to access. The two anesthetists only managed to get it after 5 painful attempts. Too much stress. I suggest that only nursing assistants make the access, as they are experienced and have a lot of practice. It is unacceptable in a clinic of such quality to go through a similar experience.

Minha tia realizou um procedimento para colocação da GTT no dia 01/04/22 no hospital Casa de saúde São José, a médica que realizou o procedimento foi a Dra Isabelle Provençano, a médica simplesmente deu alta com a paciente em jejum, informei várias vezes que não tínhamos nenhum suporte de Home Care é nenhuma nutricionista para orientar, mesmo assim a mesma disse que qualquer um está apto a cuidar do pós “ procedimento”.
Estou com minha tia internada no hospital e os médicos sem acreditarem das orientações que me passaram.
O cuidador precisar ter no mínimo o conhecimento básico para garantir a segurança do paciente, mais o acompanhamento de uma nutricionista para indicar a dieta.
Estou indignada com a conduta.

My aunt performed a procedure to place the GTT on 04/01/22 at the Casa de Saúde São José hospital, the doctor who performed the procedure was Dr Isabelle Provençano, the doctor simply discharged the patient with fasting, I informed several times that we had no Home Care support and no nutritionist to guide, even so she said that anyone is able to take care of the post “procedure”.
I'm with my aunt in the hospital and the doctors don't believe the guidelines they gave me.
The caregiver needs to have at least basic knowledge to ensure patient safety, plus follow-up by a nutritionist to indicate the diet.
I am outraged by the conduct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei no dia 16/2/22 para marcar uma endoscopia. Fui informada que meu plano estaria descredenciado a partir de 28/2/22 e que não havia mais vagas disponíveis. Entretanto, no site do meu plano a informação era de encerramento em 13/3/22. Ficou nítido que a ENDOVIEW antecipou o prazo e estava recusando qualquer tentativa de marcação com ainda um mês de vigência do meu plano. Muito antiético!
I called on 2/16/22 to schedule an endoscopy. I was informed that my plan would be de-accredited as of 2/28/22 and that there were no more vacancies available. However, on my plan website the information was closing on 3/13/22. It was clear that ENDOVIEW anticipated the deadline and was refusing any attempt to make an appointment with my plan still one month in effect. Very unethical!
