★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos extremamente descuidados. Passei por um procedimento de endoscopia que gerou um trauma e um linfonodo dentro do meu pescoço, sobre o qual a médica não prestou qualquer assistência,
nada obstante tenhamos a contactado no mesmo dia em razão de uma febre altíssima, calafrios e perda de apetitie. Nenhuma assistência prestada, nenhuma responsabilização, apenas a afirmação irresponsável de que seria "impossível que o procedimento tivesse gerado isso" e sugerindo a realização de exame de COVID. Pois bem, passei febre, e no mesmo dia, mais à noite, as dores na parte bem interna da garganta/esôfago começaram a surgir (efeito da anestesia passando) e no dia seguinte as dores ficaram insuportáveis, sem possibilidade sequer de engolir a própria saliva e menos ainda alimentos. Mesmo assim, 4 dias depois do exame (e da febre alta), fui fazer o exame de COVID, o qual, evidentemente,, deu NEGATIVO. Pedi uma assistência emergencial à minha gastro na sexta feira tarde da noite, pois não aguentava mais de dor e recebi orientações de medicamentos a usar e consegui agendar a minha consulta para terça feira. Ao me examinar a médica identificou um caroço no meu pescoço e pediu que eu fosse ao otorrino. Imediatamente o otorrino verificou e diagnosticou a ferida interna e o linfonodo na garganta por conta do trauma gerado pelo endoscópio. Agora, dias depois, entrei no antibiótico e na medicação que desde o dia da endoscopia mal feita deveria ter sido passado pelos médicos da clínica, que ao invés de auxiliar, optaram por se esquivar das suas responsabilidades e por demonstrar a completa falta de profissionalismo, ética e cuidado com os pacientes. Faço esse comentário para alertar à clínica e às eventuais pessoas que pretendam ser atendidas por ela. Eu, por mim, não volto mais e não recomendo ninguém a ir. Espero que a clínica reveja suas posturas, suas responsabilizações e tratamento com os clientes. Muita irresponsabilidade deixar um cliente e paciente machucado, criando infecção interna, sem nenhum tipo de assistência e menos ainda responsabilidade. Erro muito básico em uma endoscopia para uma clínica que pretende se chamar "endoview". Espero que mudem e passem a tratar melhor os pacientes e a ter mais responsabilidade.
 Extremely careless doctors. I underwent an endoscopy procedure that generated trauma and a lymph node inside my neck, which the doctor did not provide any assistance to,
nevertheless we contacted her on the same day due to a very high fever, chills and loss of appetite. No assistance provided, no accountability, just the irresponsible claim that it would be "impossible for the procedure to have generated this" and suggesting a COVID exam. Well, I had a fever, and on the same day, more at night, the pains in the very inner part of the throat / esophagus started to appear (effect of anesthesia passing) and the next day the pains became unbearable, without even the possibility of swallowing my own saliva and even less food. Even so, 4 days after the exam (and high fever), I went to take the COVID exam, which, of course, was NEGATIVE. I asked for an emergency assistance to my gastro on Friday late at night, because I could not take any more pain and I received instructions on medicines to use and I was able to schedule my appointment for Tuesday. Upon examining me, the doctor identified a lump on my neck and asked me to go to the ENT. The ENT immediately checked and diagnosed the internal wound and lymph node in the throat due to the trauma generated by the endoscope. Now, a few days later, I started on antibiotics and medication that, since the day of the bad endoscopy, should have been passed by the clinic's doctors, who instead of helping, shirked their responsibilities and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, ethics and patient care. I make this comment to alert the clinic and any people who might want to be seen by it. I, myself, do not come back and I do not recommend anyone to go. I hope the clinic will review its postures, its responsibilities and treatment with clients. Too much irresponsibility to leave a client and patient injured, creating an internal infection, without any assistance and even less responsibility. Very basic error in an endoscopy for a clinic that intends to be called "endoview". I hope they will change and start to treat patients better and take more responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendida e no horário marcado há 4 e 3 anos atrás. Agora vou precisar de acompanhamento novamente. Em breve estarei avaliando novamente, mas não tenho do que reclamar em nada.
I have always been very well attended and on time 4 and 3 years ago. Now I will need follow-up again. I'll be reviewing it again soon, but I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja fiz muitas endoscopias, mas e a primeira vez nessa clinica, tudo otimo desde a sala de espera, as atendentes, a Dra (esqueci o nome), ou seja nota 10 p todos.
I've done many endoscopies, but it's the first time in this clinic, everything is great from the waiting room, the attendants, the Dr (I forgot the name), that is, a 10 for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vocês são credenciados do meu plano de saúde, que no momento não está realizando exame de endoscopia. Assim, tentei entrar em contato com a central de agendamento para marcar meu exame. Na primeira vez fiquei esperando 16 minutos, e na segunda tentativa, 20 minutos e 53 segundo. É absolutamente inadmissível uma central de agendamento deixar um cliente por tanto tempo na linha. O mundo está automatizado, mais eficiente, com os serviços centrados no cliente etc. A experiência não parece ser apenas minha. Centro de exames de ponta, com serviço de repartição pública dos anos 80 é um grande desserviço que fazem, não só ao cliente, mas a si mesmos enquanto empresa.
You are accredited by my health plan, which is currently not performing an endoscopy exam. So I tried to contact the scheduling center to schedule my exam. The first time I waited 16 minutes, and the second time, 20 minutes and 53 seconds. It is absolutely unacceptable for a scheduling center to leave a customer on the line for so long. The world is automated, more efficient, with customer-centric services etc. The experience doesn't seem to be mine alone. State-of-the-art exam center with 1980s public service is a huge disservice not only to the customer, but to themselves as a company.

As atendentes, enfermeiras, moça da copa, e a equipe médica que me atendeu da dra Fabiana, que me esclareceu muito bem as minhas questões, todos me atenderam muito bem. Não tenho do que reclamar. Se tiver que fazer novamente esses exames farei lá, com certeza.
Good service, friendly and respectful people in the bar unit. The attendants, nurses, the girl from the pantry, and the medical team that attended to me from Dr. Fabiana, who clarified my questions very well, all took care of me very well. I have nothing to complain about. If I have to do those exams again, I'll do it there, for sure.

Esqueceram de pedir autorização do exame e, na vespera, tendo que fazer preparação para ele, não me responderam se faria o exame, só soube depois de muitas comunicações; médicos se atrasaram para o começo dos exames e fiquei 6 horas em jejum absoluto, sem água, antes do exame; para receber o laudo, aguardei uma semana e resolvi ir, pessoalmente, ao laboratório, pois a Endoview não me encaminhou o laudo, dando informação errada de que o Laboratório Microimagem fornecia o laudo, através de WhatsApp, o que não acontece, dando problemas aos atendentes, pois recebem reclamações dos pacien
Os atendentes da Casa de Saúde S. José, onde fiz o exame reclamam do atendimento péssimo dado pela Endoview aos pacientes.
I will never take tests at Endoview again. Terrible attendance. Lack of empathy with patients. It needs better management.
They forgot to ask for authorization for the exam and, the day before, having to prepare for it, they didn't answer me if I would take the exam, I only found out after many communications; doctors were late for the beginning of the exams and I fasted for 6 hours, without water, before the exam; to receive the report, I waited a week and decided to go, personally, to the laboratory, because Endoview did not send me the report, giving me the wrong information that the Microimagem Laboratory provided the report, through WhatsApp, which does not happen, causing problems for the attendants, as they receive complaints from patients
The attendants at the Casa de Saúde S. José, where I took the exam, complain about the terrible care given by Endoview to patients.
