It can't get any worse. I left my documents twice for the change of ownership and they didn't do it now they are charging me 2 months of account. How would I pay without receiving anything? And if you cut my light, there's a process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, falta de empatia. Fui tratado rudemente sem o mínimo de atenção. Não consegui resolver o problema pois a chamada de senhas era manual e pularam a minha. Após a 3a reclamação descobri que nao seria mais chamado. Teria que pegar outra senha.
Terrible, lack of empathy. I was treated rudely without the slightest attention. I couldn't solve the problem because the password call was manual and mine was skipped. After the 3rd complaint I found out that I would no longer be called. I would have to get another password.

Fiquei mais de 40 minutos esperando e nem uma senha consegui tirar.
Bad experience. One attendant for more than 30 people, nobody can solve anything, there is no information about absolutely everything!
I was more than 40 minutes waiting and I couldn't even get a password.

Total desrespeito com pessoas que trabalham e vão até a loja e saem sem solução. Explica como que fica 20 dias sem energia no imóvel, até chegar o dia do agendamento?
Terrible attendance. Lack of respect for customers. Appointment for almost 20 days only. They do not make exceptions for emergencies. Queue at the agency. You wait not to be served. They tell you to call the 0800, you call and they send you to the agency.
Total disrespect for people who work and go to the store and leave without solution. Can you explain how it goes 20 days without power in the property, until the day of the appointment arrives?
