Atendente muito boa mas impossibilitada de bom serviço por causa do sistema que a empresa disponibiliza.

A fatura nunca chega em casa todos mês tenho que ir nessa agência pega o código de barras para poder fazer o pagamento da fatura da conta. Enel a pior companhia de energia que eu conheço. Principalmente o mau atendimento que dar aos clientes da porta da agência de Rio Bonito município do Rio de Janeiro. Por mim não dava nenhuma estrela.
Terrible, they come to answer the door and don't let anyone in. The invoice never arrives at home every month I have to go to this branch and get the barcode to be able to pay the bill. Enel the worst power company I know. Mainly the bad service they give to customers at the door of the agency in Rio Bonito municipality of Rio de Janeiro. I didn't give any stars.
