E depois você liga e solicita que seja religado a luz e tem a informação que só será realizada no período de 24 horas
A Enel e uma prestadora de serviço onde tem que ter respeito pelo seu cliente
Infelizmente não tem nenhuma concorrente para acabar com este monopólio que só vem amentando a conta de luz
A company that turns off the light for a family without communicating just goes there and turns it off without seeing what's happening in the house
And then you turn it on and ask for the light to be turned back on and you have the information that will only be done within 24 hours
Enel is a service provider where it has to have respect for its customer
Unfortunately, there is no competitor to end this monopoly that has only been increasing the electricity bill.

Não cumprem prazo, quando vem estão sempre de má vontade pra trabalhar!!! Não existe urgência e nem emergência pra eles.
The worst energy distributor São Paulo has ever had! I have no idea how they get a bid in greater São Paulo. Bad service, bad and rude staff. They don't meet deadlines, when they come they are always unwilling to work!!! There is no urgency or emergency for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sede fica na Torre Aroeira, logo na recepção tem um guichê da Enel e caso seja para protocolar documentos uma pessoa costuma descer e trazer carimbo para receber. Tem um bicicletário ao lado. Recomendo uma visitinha para você conhecer melhor.
The head office is in Torre Aroeira, right at the reception there is an Enel counter and if it is to file documents, a person usually goes down and brings a stamp to receive. There is a bike rack next door. I recommend a little visit for you to know better.
