They carried out our 128KW project with agility, competence and quality, 325 boards and 4 inverters were installed in less than 1 month! Empresa séria, cumpridora de prazos, qualidade e de muito respeito com o cliente. O dono Helder, mesmo estando em Portugal na época da negociação, mesmo com diferença de fuso horário, não deixava de responder a um questionamento sequer, atendimento TOP, coisa de primeiro mundo. Funcionários dele preparados, educados e comprometidos. Nossa geração aqui e para 11.47 KW, 29 placas solares.
Em todas etapas do processo, Helder ia atualizando, muitas vezes sem lhe perguntar a ele. Isso traz segurança, indispensável em qualquer negociação.

Serious company, adhering to deadlines, quality and with great respect for the customer. Owner Helder, even though he was in Portugal at the time of the negotiation, even with a time difference, would not fail to answer even one question, TOP service, first-world stuff. His employees are prepared, polite and committed. Our generation here is for 11.47 KW, 29 solar panels.
At every stage of the process, Helder was updating, often without asking him. This brings security, essential in any negotiation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando decidi instalar a nossa usina fotovoltaica, realizei uma pesquisa dentre as inúmeras existentes em Natal (RN), chegando a três que se mostravam bastante interessantes. Dentre elas estava a ENERBRAS. O critério orientador para essa escolha foi o de privilegiar a qualidade dos equipamentos, referências de instalações anteriores, atenção pós-venda e finalmente o preço do projeto.
Nesse universo de possibilidades, a ENERBRAS diferenciou-se, nas consultas feitas a clientes anteriores, fundamentalmente, pelo material oferecido, atenção profissional e cuidados pós-vendas. Algo que, ao longo da instalação, foi possível entender ser uma marca da empresa, uma vez que os técnicos com os quais tive contato agiram no mesmo nível de empenho profissional.
A título de exemplificação, o equipamento (inversor) FRONIUS instalado detectou de imediato que uma das fases oferecida em nossa área rural estava fora dos padrões estabelecidos pelas normas da ANEEL. Ao pedir à COSERN que corrigisse essas flutuações de corrente, tivemos o apoio integral das duas empresas que souberam agir em sintonia, tendo por base o Laudo Técnico preparado pela ENERBRAS, e, assim, foi dado início à correção de um problema técnico que, possivelmente, se arrastava por décadas naquela localidade.
Diante desta experiência, deixo registrado a nossa grande satisfação em ter escolhido a ENERBRAS e poder estar garimpando um pouco do ouro que o Sol nos oferece diariamente neste belo céu nordestino.

When I decided to install our photovoltaic plant, I carried out a survey among the many existing in Natal (RN), arriving at three that were very interesting. Among them was ENERBRAS. The guiding criterion for this choice was to privilege the quality of the equipment, references from previous installations, after-sales attention and finally the price of the project.
In this universe of possibilities, ENERBRAS differentiated itself, in the consultations made to previous customers, fundamentally, by the material offered, professional attention and after-sales care. Something that, during the installation, it was possible to understand to be a brand of the company, since the technicians with whom I had contact acted with the same level of professional commitment.
As an example, the installed FRONIUS equipment (inverter) immediately detected that one of the phases offered in our rural area was outside the standards established by ANEEL standards. When asking COSERN to correct these current fluctuations, we had the full support of the two companies that knew how to act in harmony, based on the Technical Report prepared by ENERBRAS, and, thus, the correction of a technical problem that, possibly , dragged on for decades in that locality.
In view of this experience, I would like to record our great satisfaction in having chosen ENERBRAS and being able to be panning some of the gold that the Sun offers us daily in this beautiful northeastern sky.
