★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei duas baterias,fui supre bem atendido por todos,uma das baterias comprei com pouca potência pra um veículo e creio que não terei dificuldade em trocar pela de maior amperagem e assim completar a diferença de valor de uma pela outra por minha parte. Recomendo

Onde já se viu, colocaram a vida de um bebê de 4 meses de vida em risco. Bom, mas não vou mais continuar abrindo os olhos dos clientes não, nossas diferenças resolveremos na justiça agora. Pois se me lembro bem, quem entrou em contato comigo pedindo por favor para que eu não entrasse em contato com o Procon foi Vocês mesmo. Então veremos quem foi que errou, se foi o rapaz que instalou minha bateria e deixou o suporte por baixo dela, ou se foi o gerente que disse que não iam pagar nada pq Vocês não são capazes de arcar com um prejuízo desses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como informado por mim à toda a equipe da energetic baterias, e todas as conversas tanto por telefone quanto por mensagem, o suporte da bateria estava no lugar porém por falta de atenção do funcionário Sr. Luan, ele não prendeu o suporte. Imediatamente fui até a primeira loja de auto peças localizada na Av. São Miguel e um dos atendentes me disse que não seria necessário efetuar a compra do suporte porque o mesmo estava no lugar, só não foi preso no local devido terem colocado a bateria em cima do suporte. Conforme já descrito na reclamação anterior, continuo com os mesmo danos ocorridos e o gerente da loja Sr. Jonathan me disse que não iriam arcar com os meus danos porque era a palavra do funcionário contra a palavra do cliente. Trocaram sim minha bateria depois de muita briga. Mas também como não poderiam trocar sendo que a mesma só tinha 2 meses de uso? Incrível a falta de consideração com o consumidor. Continuo com o mesmo problema e resolveremos já justiça pois não vou arcar com meus danos sendo que paguei para um profissional fazer o serviço e o mesmo é incapacitado para o serviço.

Como fica a nova garantia 18 meses ??? Eles me deram só mais 9 meses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bateria no valor de R$480,00, sendo que R$80,00 seriam devolvidos qdo eu trouxesse a bateria velha. No momento que eu levei a bateria para receber os R$ 80,00, disseram que não tinham dinheiro e eu teria que retirar o valor na outra loja, fui na outra loja e disseram que não trocariam, pois a bateria não era original. A pergunta que eu faço é a seguinte: é ou não é a base de troca ?!!! Tomem cuidado !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pessoal totalmente despreparado, queriam retirar a bateria com meu veículo ligado, correndo risco de estragar alternador/módulo e ou outros itens.
Se não fosse o bastante, colocaram uma bateria da pilha de exposições, DESCARREGADA, e colocaram a culpa no carro. Sendo que foi feito teste em auto elétrica antes de ir lá.
Com muito custo e má vontade foi outro funcionário, que colocou outra bateria, essa sim nova realmente e carregada.
Não foi sequer feito uma limpeza nos polos para remontar o veículo.
Resumo, ruim, caro e sem profissional
Terrible service, totally unprepared staff, they wanted to remove the battery with my vehicle on, running the risk of ruining the alternator/module and/or other items.
If that wasn't enough, they put a battery out of the exposure pile, DISCHARGED, and blamed it on the car. Being that it was tested in auto electric before going there.
With a lot of expense and ill will, another employee put in another battery, this one really new and charged.
The poles were not even cleaned to reassemble the vehicle.
Summary, bad, expensive and unprofessional
