★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipamentos de musculação são bem ruins (em sua maioria muito velhos e os novos que a academia comprou também não são dos melhores). Achei o salão desorganizado, com os halteres/anilhas espalhados e sem padrões que facilitem o usuário. Tem pouco professor (eu só vi um), e o usuário fica praticamente por conta própria. Achei que cobram caro demais pelo equipamento rústico e a baixa assistência que oferecem. Só consegui ficar matriculado por um mês, e mesmo esta sendo ao lado de casa, preferi andar um pouco mais para frequentar uma academia que cobra o mesmo valor porém é mais completa que esta. Único ponto positivo que achei na Energia é o tamanho. Apenas.
 Bodybuilding equipments are very bad (mostly very old and the new ones that the gym bought are also not the best). I found the room disorganized, with dumbbells / washers scattered and with no patterns to make it easier for the user. It has little teacher (I only saw one), and the user is practically on his own. I thought they charge too much for the rustic equipment and the low assistance they offer. I only managed to get enrolled for a month, and even being at home, I preferred to walk a little more to attend a gym that charges the same value but is more complete than this. Only positive point I found in Energy is the size. Only.
