★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofri uma colisão na traseira do meu veículo por um associado dessa seguradora e passados mais de 30 dias meu veículo ainda encontra-se parado num estacionamento da oficina aguardando autorização da APVS para fazer o serviço. Já liguei várias vezes para o atendimento ao cliente e eles só enrolam só recebo desculpas. Sou motorista de aplicativo e uso o carro para trabalhar e estou levando um prejuízo enorme por causa da falta de respeito dessa empresa. Deixo aqui o meu alerta e não recomendo APVS, muito pelo contrário tenham muito cuidado antes de fechar negócio com empresas desse tipo.
I suffered a collision at the rear of my vehicle by an associate of that insurance company and after more than 30 days my vehicle is still stopped in a parking lot of the workshop waiting for authorization from APVS to do the service. I've already called the customer service several times and they just mess around and I get apologies. I'm an application driver and I use the car to work and I'm taking a huge loss because of this company's lack of respect. I leave my alert here and do not recommend APVS, quite the contrary be very careful before closing deals with companies of this type.
