I've been without power for 4 days, waiting for an inspection to give the progress of the reconnection process, before it was deactivated. And nothing so far. How many days will I have to wait just to call? Ridiculous this!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada adianta oferecer um serviço e/ou atendimento pelo WhatsApp se nada consegue ser resolvido sem que o usuário vá pessoalmente na agência. É inadmissível que uma empresa desse porte se digne ainda a fornecer um serviço medíocre (que de nada serve) através de um aplicativo. Uma vergonha! Da mesma forma que a Agência reguladora do serviço também é omissa e incompetente em não fiscalizar e exigir que essa a Energisa melhore o atendimento à população, oferecendo serviços que REALMENTE possam ser resolvidos sem que o usuário necessite se deslocar até uma unidade. Sou do Paraná e tenho orgulho em dizer que a COPEL é exemplo de atendimento e eficiência. Energisa - vocês são uma VERGONHA! Vocês tratam os usuários com DESCASO!
It is useless to offer a service and/or assistance through WhatsApp if nothing can be resolved without the user going to the agency in person. It is unacceptable that a company of this size should even deign to provide a mediocre service (which is of no use) through an application. A shame! In the same way that the regulatory agency for the service is also silent and incompetent in not supervising and demanding that Energisa improve service to the population, offering services that REALLY can be solved without the user having to travel to a unit. I'm from Paraná and I'm proud to say that COPEL is an example of service and efficiency. Energisa - you are a SHAME! You treat users with DISPATCH!
