★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos sem energia desde sexta-feira passada hoje está fazendo 8 dias, estamos sem água devido a bomba não funcionar. Já solicitei várias vezes por telefone e pessoalmente mas até agora não apareceu ninguém para resolver a situação. O descaso é decepcionante.
We have been without power since last Friday today it is 8 days, we are without water due to the pump not working. I have already requested several times by phone and personally, but so far no one has come to resolve the situation. The neglect is disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como consumidora estou desapontada com o desserviço. Ficamos desde as 20h até as 5h (total de 23h sem energia) do dia seguinte sem energia! Sem falar que a luz é completamente instável, não pode ameaçar a chover que a luz fica piscando! Sem falar quando cai e tem manutenção sem aviso prévio!!! Simplesmente cortam a energia e deixam você literalmente no escuro, porque nenhum atendente sabe dizer se tem manutenção ocorrendo naquele momento! Agora só garanto que se por ventura eu perder qualquer aparelho eletrônico dentro de casa devido a irresponsabilidade desta empresa, com certeza farei valer meus direitos e entrarei com recurso contra a empresa! Obviamente para ter reposição dos produtos que perdi!
As a consumer I am disappointed with the disservice. We stayed from 8pm to 5am (total 23h without power) the next day without power! Not to mention that the light is completely unstable, it cannot threaten to rain as the light keeps flashing! Not to mention when it falls and has maintenance without notice !!! They simply cut the power and leave you literally in the dark, because no attendant can tell if maintenance is taking place at that moment! Now I just guarantee that if I ever lose any electronic device at home due to the irresponsibility of this company, I will certainly assert my rights and appeal against the company! Obviously to have replacement of the products I lost!
