Liguei a primeira vez me falaram que até 15 dias eu teria respaldo, fui até a agência onde não fui bem tratada e nem tentaram resolver meu problema, e agora a 45 dias ainda não obtive NENHUM tipo de respaldo no meu problema. Parabéns pelo péssimo atendimento!
