Some employees responded poorly, not all, but it makes a lot of difference when it comes to problem solving. My case was stressful, I called and went to the place to just be angry and not solve their mistake.

Tentei por telefone, site, aplicativo e whatsapp. Por último, fui pessoalmente na central de atendimento e nada foi resolvido! A ENERGISA deveria fazer um curso com a SULGIPE.
The worst service a company can offer! I've been trying to transfer ownership for over 4 years and I can't. Tried by phone, website, app and whatsapp. Finally, I personally went to the call center and nothing was resolved! ENERGISA should take a course with SULGIPE.
