 I always recommend. Wonderful professionals, very organized. Nice people and always ready to make you happy. I consider it a family gym. I recommend it to everyone. Group classes are wonderful.

Wonderful gym! Super attentive teachers!!! They accompany you in everything!!! I didn't like the gym, now I work out properly! Hahaha
And the equipment is very good! Some even have a screen to teach them how to use... I loved the experience! I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Energier Sports á primeira vista, me pareceu pequena, mas quando fui conhecendo cada espaço e vi que apesar do aparente espaço pequeno, cada sala foi muito bem customizada. O ambiente bem legal, quem me atendeu foi o personal Marcelo, que nos recebeu muito bem. A academia oferece lutas, cross, yoga, musculação, aulas especificas para crianças tambem. Os preço no dia que estive la estava divido em planos :Fitness que é musculação + coletivas, adesão 80,00 reais e Mensais de 230,00. Plano pop musculação + cardio, adesão R$ 80,00 anual 99,00 e outros.

The atmosphere was really cool, the person who attended me was Marcelo, who received us very well. The gym offers wrestling, cross, yoga, weight training, specific classes for children as well. Pop weight training + cardio plan, annual membership R$ 80.00 99.00 and others.
