 The site has a hydroelectric plant that is not currently in operation. Very well maintained and clean. It's worth a visit.

Contemplar as primeiras quedas do rio Tietê próximo à sua nascente e subir os mais de 200 degraus até à represa que enviava águas para as turbinas de energia elétrica, para quem pode e gosta, é um momento relaxante junto à natureza.
Depende o que você quer experimentar nesse passeio, ele pode ser feito em menos de duas horas e você pode conhecer outros lugares na cidade.
It is a great place for those who like to be close to nature and learn a little about the history of electric energy development in Brazil.
Contemplating the first falls of the Tietê River near its source and climbing the more than 200 steps to the dam that sent water to the electric energy turbines, for those who can and who like it, is a relaxing moment close to nature.
It depends on what you want to experience on this tour, it can be done in less than two hours and you can get to know other places in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O museu é bem interessante de se visitar, pudemos entrar com o cachorro e passar por todos os lugares sem nenhum problema. O guia nos explicou a história de cada local e nos atendeu muito bem.
Tiramos muitas fotos e aproveitamos bastante! Não precisa agendar a visitação, a não ser que for fazer alguma trilha, nós não agendamos, e fizemos a visita normal. Adoramos e recomendamos!
The museum is very interesting to visit, we were able to enter with the dog and go through all the places without any problem. The guide explained the history of each place and served us very well.
We took a lot of pictures and had a great time! You don't need to schedule the visit, unless you are going to do a trail, we didn't schedule it, and we did the normal visit. We love it and recommend it!
