São comportamentos diferentes quando só querem oferecer uma ajuda e quanto se aproximam de você para mostrar que está ali perto te vigiando. Isso foi bem desagradável. Porém os produtos são excelentes e uma funcionária embrulhou para presente umas lembranças que eu tinha adquirido na loja e foi o embrulho mais bonito e caprichado que já vi. Fiquei muito contente com a delicadeza que ficou o presente.
I felt well watched in the store. What I don't like very much. They are different behaviors when they just want to offer help and how close they are to you to show that they are nearby watching you. That was pretty nasty. But the products are excellent, and an employee gift wrapped some souvenirs that I had purchased at the store and it was the nicest and most neat package I have ever seen. I was very pleased with the delicacy of the gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui muito bem atendida ,porem as vezes alguns funcionários nos vigia como se fossemos roubar alguma coisa...
se fosse com todos que entram na loja tranquilo né, mais percebi que foi só comigo e algumas outras pessoas que entraram na loja.
mais não podemos julgar todos pelo comportamentos de algumas pessoas.

if it was with everyone who enters the store, it's ok, but I realized that it was just me and some other people who entered the store.
But we can't judge everyone by the behavior of some people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que precisei ir lá fui bem atendida, mesmo em dias mais cheios como em época de início escolar. Tinha um atendente super ágil e solicito que saio, caiu um pouco no atendimento mas continuo gostando do lugar. Acho itens de papelaria no geral um pouco caro mas como tudo no Centro de São Gonçalo é meio caro mesmo acaba ficando na média, já xérox e impressão de documentos acho um preço muito bom. Lugar sempre limpo, funcionários com uniforme padronizado, se condicionado sempre funcionando e ótimo horário de funcionamento. Em época de covid todos usam máscara corretamente em todo o momento.
Every time I needed to go there I was well attended, even on busier days such as when school was starting. There was a super agile attendant and I ask that I leave, he fell a little in the service but I still like the place. I think stationery items in general are a little expensive but like everything else in the Center of São Gonçalo it's kind of expensive, it ends up being average, on the other hand, photocopying and document printing I think it's a very good price. Place always clean, employees with standardized uniform, conditioned always working and great opening hours. In the time of covid everyone wears a mask correctly at all times.
