★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior é que esses comentários vão para o Google ... É isso acaba afetando a imagem da empresa que não é o que realmente acontece...eu não trabalho na empresa .... Não fui contratada para defender a empresa nem nada disso,mas conheço pessoas que trabalham nela e que falm muito bem... Quando a empresa é ruim os funcionários reclamam delas... Pelo que me passaram as pessoas trabalham com alegria, o pessoal atende com simpatia , eu não entendo porque as pessoas acham que vai chegar uma medicina ocupacional e ser atendido na hora.... nem convênio é assim ... o ruim é que esses comentários de pessoas que não estavam em um bom dia ,derruba a imagem da empresa, eu já trabalhei em várias clínicas ocupacionais e o pessoal não imagina o trabalho que é fazer o atendimento, a correria que é ...embora visivelmente a gente não demonstre...tentamos manter a paz, a serenidade ...mas é muita pressão e tentamos fazer de tudo para agradar o nosso cliente ,é por ordem de chegada sim mas sempre acontece algum imprevisto, alguma coisa ...em todo médico é assim até nos convênios ..nos particulares....

From what I have been through, people work with joy, the staff attends with sympathy, I don't understand why people think that occupational medicine will arrive and be attended to on the spot .... no agreement is like that ... the bad thing is that these comments from people who were not on a good day, bring down the image of the company, I have already worked in several clinics occupational and staff do not imagine the work that is to do the service, the rush that is ... although we clearly do not show it ... we try to keep the peace, the serenity ... but there is a lot of pressure and we try to do everything to please our customer, it is on a first come, first served basis, but it always happens something unforeseen, something ... in every doctor it is like that even in health insurance ... in private ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engemed, a pior clínica de exames ocupacionais que já conheci, a espera por quase 2 horas pra fazer um exame clínico. No meu admissional fiquei 2/5 e meia aguardando agora no demissional quase uma hora e ainda não fui atendida. E isso que tem pessoas que chegou depois de mim. Atendimento na recepção é péssimo, pessoas despreparadas.
Engemed, the worst occupational examination clinic I have ever been to, waits for almost 2 hours to do a clinical examination. In my admission I was 2/5 and a half waiting now at the dismissal for almost an hour and I still haven't been answered. And that's what there are people who came after me. Service at reception is terrible, people unprepared.
