Contratei a empresa através deste número de contrato paguei por 6 metros cúbicos e foi enviado 5, após muitíssima dificuldade em falar com alguém, pois o atendimento não funciona e aos sábados é muito pior, foi enviado outro caminhão com a quantidade mínima que é de 3 metros cúbicos. Ou seja pedi 6 enviaram 8 por incompetência da própria empresa e agora estão me cobrando a diferença. Já avisei e demonstrei diversas vezes o equívoco mas eles só querem saber do dinheiro não estão nem um pouco preocupado com o cliente ou com o atendimento. Comprem em outra empresa pois está é a pior. Não se enganem com o nome da empresa que é da Votorantim o atendimento é péssimo são amadores cuidado não caiam na armadilha que eu caí! Atenção.
