 Tourist mill, with explanations on the manufacture of liquor, cachaça ,, rapadura, and honey from engenho, admission costs 10.00 with the right to tasting, various types of liquor, 3 types of cachaça, and much more, the place is super nice and if you are looking for the Craft Center in Vicência, there are tour packages for several other mills, very good ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É possível fazer a degustação de diversos produtos do engenho, como licores, cachaça, mel, rapadura etc. Ainda é possível acompanhar o processamento da cana e caminhar entre os barris de armazenamento (30 mil litros). A atendente é uma mulher muito simpática e atenciosa, ela explica todo o processo e vai oferecendo a degustação. A melhor época pra ir é a partir de outubro, pois a cana está sendo processada nessa época e o cheiro da cana se espalha pelo lugar.
It is possible to taste various products from the mill, such as liqueurs, cachaça, honey, rapadura, etc. It is still possible to follow the sugarcane processing and walk between the storage barrels (30 thousand liters). The attendant is a very friendly and attentive woman, she explains the whole process and offers the tasting. The best time to go is from October onwards, as the cane is being processed at that time and the smell of the cane spreads throughout the place.

A mandatory stop for anyone visiting the Vicencia region. Historic site, it is a dip in the local culture. We tasted the honey with the energetic powder, the liqueur and the cachaça. I recommend the visit.
