It does nothing to value the category in the face of harassment from companies that use the crisis to hire professionals at low cost, ignoring the category floor!

Union that represents the Engineers in the State of RJ. It promotes several lectures in its audits open to the public, participates in the struggles against various privatizations of the public sector, contributes to the political formation of its members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi qualquer ação do sindicato para inibir o salário abaixo do piso da categoria. Como também não existe ação para inibir as empresas que contratam engenheiros como analistas de forma a driblar a legislação. Ambas as atividades deveriam ser a maior preocupação do sindicato.
I have never seen any union action to inhibit wages below the category floor. Nor is there action to inhibit companies that hire engineers as analysts to circumvent the legislation. Both activities should be the biggest concern of the union.
