Tratamento lamentável ao cliente pós venda, me senti muito desrespeitada e nunca fui tão mal atendida. NUNCA MAIS. VERGONHOSO.
I bought 200 bags, paid in advance and received a defective one. When politely questioning Frederico, he hung up on me, didn't answer my messages and still BLOCKED me on whatsaap and instagram. Regrettable treatment to the customer after sales, I felt very disrespected and I have never been so poorly served. NEVER. SHAMEFUL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena ter feito meu pedido aqui, recebi minhas etiquetas em tempo hábil, mas havia pedido fundo branco e o fundo veio cinza, resposta da empresa é que o fundo da etiqueta é preto e faz sombra no branco.
Ora uma vez que peço uma etiqueta com fundo branco, quero com fundo branco independente de sombra ou não, isso não existe, se não conseguem fazer como pedido, simplesmente não vendam o produto.
Imagine só se eu compro uma camisa branca e ela vem cinza?

Pedi meu amigo pra enviar mensagem pelo número dele e logo em seguida vocês responderam, então se ausentam sim de entregar uma resolução ao cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as minhas etiquetas mancharam, trabalho de estamparia em cetim. Pedi que fizesse novamente o trabalho, me cobraram frete pra ser entregue. Não questionei, mas acredito que não seja o certo já que o produto deles ficou horrível. Nesse meio tempo perdi o contato deles e ao conseguir de novo mando mensagem e nem respondem! Trabalho de péssima qualidade, caro e atendimento ao cliente horrível!
All my labels stained, satin stamping work. I asked him to do the work again, they charged me shipping to be delivered. I didn't question it, but I believe it's not right since their product was horrible. In the meantime I lost contact with them and when I get back I send a message and they don't even respond! Poor quality work, expensive and horrible customer service!
