★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã operou dia 06/11/2019 as 07:00 , o hospital e ótimo , as enfermeiras tbm são ótimas super atenciosas.
Mas o que me deixo de boca aberta foi na recepção a atendente não estava bem apresentável , bem seca e olha que ela trabalha la a 3 anos , muito desleixa e seca com os clientes , não tinha nenhum CRACHÁ de identificação pois nem o nome dela eu sei , e o pior de tudooooooooooo e colocar o telefone no mute e deixar ele tocando sem parar isso eu achei um absurdo !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei internada no hospital e tive um.bom atendimento. Fiquei num quarto duplo. Como o motivo da internação foi de uma terrível alergia na pele do corpo todo, fui atendida por vários especialistas, menos o dermatologista, o que foi um absurdo.
Isso faz tempo.

Ótimos profissionais, que serei eternamente grata. Outros nem tanto, infelizmente.
Falta organização e comunicação dos profissionais. A comida servida é muito boa (almoço e jantar).
Boa parte dos problemas seria resolvido se a administração do hospital desse uma atenção.
2 stars because of the cleanliness and care in the hospital rooms (precarious).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem poucos funcionários bons, fui mal atendido por uma profissional técnica ou enfermeira chamda Silvana muito ignorante e trabalhasl sem amor sem carinho pelo próximo sugiro se tiver outro opção de hospital vá sem pensar, tbem sugiro ao hospital dar treinamento adequado paraca funcionaria que parece visa apenas o salario, acredite em minhas palavras apoio da área técnica e enfermagem e raro poucos profissionais sérios, tenho o quarto com 4 passaintes mais acompanhantes que presenciaram a sua ignorância. As 22:30 do dia 16 de abril 2022.
