 I took my device to change the screen and had to go back 3 times and was unable to fix it but returned the money at least.

The service is good, but in the middle of the Pandemic, closed store with air conditioning and all employees without masks. I thought it was disrespectful to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei com uma visão boa e sai com uma visão péssima. Levamos o celular q no qual falaram q estaria pronto no dia seguinte, entregaram o celular depois de 3 dias e não conseguiram arrumar, levei outro celular q no qual ( arrumaram ) cheguei em casa e o celular não estava carregando. Levei lá e pediram para deixar mais um dia. A falta de atenção é tão grande ao ponto de não verem q o celular não estava carregando. Sabe aquilo que falam....o barato sai caro? O Dono simplesmente estava ao lado e não teve argumento nenhum, ao menos de argumentar e tentar contornar a situação. Péssimo lugar, não indico para ninguém mais. Os funcionários totalmente despreparados.
I went in with good eyesight and left with bad eyesight. We took the cell phone that they said would be ready the next day, they delivered the cell phone after 3 days and they couldn't fix it, I took another cell phone that (they fixed) I got home and the cell phone wasn't charging. I took it there and they asked to leave another day. The lack of attention is so great that they don't see that the cell phone was not charging. You know what they say....cheap is expensive? The Owner was simply on the side and had no argument, at least to argue and try to get around the situation. Terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone else. Totally unprepared staff.
