★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infraestrutura básica. Os dois elevadores são pequeno e demorados. As salas são pequenas, poucas janelas, apenas um banheiro por sala e não tem copa. Não tem hall de entrada apenas a mesa do porteiro.
Basic infrastructure. The two elevators are small and time consuming. The rooms are small, with few windows, only one bathroom per room and there is no pantry. There is no entrance hall just the porter's table.
