★ ★ ★ ★ ★ encomendei dois jalecos no dia 29/10 com promessa de entrega para o dia 08/11, ambos jalecos foram pagos a vista, no ato da encomenda. Hoje é dia 23/11 e os mesmo não estão prontos sem previsão de entrega. Completa falta de compromisso e tato para lidar com o cliente.
I ordered two lab coats on 10/29 with a promise of delivery for 11/8, both coats were paid in cash, at the time of ordering. Today is 11/23 and they are not ready without expected delivery. Complete lack of commitment and tact to deal with the customer.
