★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta Manutenção. Um lugar abandonado. Tenho a impressão que no passado era bom. É um lugar bonito e agradável. Porém falta manutenção urgente.
Maintenance is missing. An abandoned place. I have a feeling it was good in the past. It is a beautiful and pleasant place. However, urgent maintenance is lacking.

Comida maravilhosa tbm o peixe assado top os quartos tbm são bem limpos e organizados mas falta MT coisa a ser organizado lá

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar é muito bonito, fizeram um trabalho de estruturar no Park muito bom, porém precisa de manutenções, precisa de mais cuidados , precisa de melhoria no atendimento, serviço de limpeza de quarto não foi feita, tive que solicitar depois de dois dias na recepção, café da manhã razoável .
Place is very beautiful, they did a very good job of structuring in the Park, but it needs maintenance, needs more care, needs better care, room cleaning service was not done, I had to request after two days at reception, Reasonable breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior hotel da vida, dei 5 estrelas pela aventura que foi: Não tinha chuveiro no quarto só um buraco que saia agua da parede, ar condicionado quebrado, mosquito em tudo lugar, e perguntei se tinha água quente no chuveiro, o que cara rio da minha cara e falou que não porque o lugar já é quente. Bizarro.
Worst hotel in my life, I gave it 5 stars for the adventure it was: There was no shower in the room, just a hole that would come out of the wall, broken air conditioning, mosquitoes everywhere, and I asked if there was hot water in the shower, what dear river my face and said no because the place is already hot. Bizarre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estadia péssima. Chegamos por volta de 23:00h e não tinha serviço de recepção, o porteiro nos atendeu! Reservei um quarto com cama de casal e uma de solteiro para minha filha. A cama de solteiro não estava com colcha de cama e nem travesseiro. O controle do ar condicionado não funcionava, passamos calor durante a noite! O chuveiro estava quebrado juntamente com a tampa do vaso sanitário. O parque está largado e precisando de umas reformas.
Disappointing stay. We arrived around 11pm and there was no reception service, the concierge picked us up! I booked a room with a double bed and a twin room for my daughter. The single bed had no bedspread and no pillow. The air conditioning control did not work, we spent heat at night! The shower was broken along with the toilet lid. The park is out and in need of some renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento dos funcionários, por isso coloquei duas estrelas. Eles são simpáticos, gentis e muito educados. Agora o estabelecimento está bem deteriorado, precisando de uma reforma geral com urgência. A maioria dos espaços foram desativados, os quartos precisam de manutenção, os banheiros precisam de uma limpeza aprimorada, o café da manhã é muito simples, o lago de peixes na entrada do Enzo possui a água suja e os peixes são grandes para o local. As piscinas que foram liberadas para uso estão muito sujas. A sede do parque, onde fica a parte administrativa, está infestada de cupins. Achei o local muito bonito, porém está abandonado. Espero que o empreendimento consiga se reerguer para alteração da minha avaliação.
I really enjoyed the employee attendance, so put two stars. They are friendly, kind and very polite. Now the property is well damaged, in need of a total renovation urgently. Most spaces have been disabled, the rooms need maintenance, the bathrooms need an enhanced cleaning, the breakfast is very simple, the fish pond at the entrance of Enzo has dirty water and fish are great for the location. The pools that have been released for use are very dirty. The headquarters of the park, which is the administrative part, is infested with termites. I found the beautiful place, but is abandoned. I hope that the project can rise again to change my assessment.
