★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três estrelas inteiramente sustentadas pelos professores e conteúdos do curso. Ademais, a infraestrutura, a secretaria e a relação alunos-administraçao deixa MUITO a desejar- tanto durante, quanto após a finalização do curso (já que na matrícula tudo é muito rápido e atencioso né rs).
Enrolaram pouco mais de dois anos pra liberarem o diploma da minha turma (alegando primeiramente atraso devido ao covid e posteriormente que a diretoria de ensino não havia liberado pra emissão... entrei em contato com a mesma que me informou que isto não não procede) e, quando finalmente liberaram, cobraram um valor de quase 40 reais como "taxa de emissão" sendo que esta é uma prática ilegal e abusiva. Exigi gratuidade e, somente após mencionar minha advogada na conversa, obtive a resposta concisa e correta. Fica aí o aviso.
Three stars entirely supported by the teachers and course content. In addition, the infrastructure, the secretariat and the student-administration relationship leave a lot to be desired - both during and after the end of the course (since everything is very fast and attentive at enrollment, right lol).
It took just over two years to release my class's diploma (first claiming delay due to covid and later that the teaching board had not released it for issue... I contacted the same one who informed me that this is not correct) and, when they were finally released, they charged a value of almost 40 reais as an "issuance fee", which is an illegal and abusive practice. I demanded gratuity and, only after mentioning my lawyer in the conversation, I got the concise and correct answer. There's the warning.
