Atendimento é péssimo, caixas sempre te atendendo com a cara fechada, caso ocorra algum problema ficam todos te tratando mal, te jogando pra um pra outro até você desistir.. As filas são sempre gigantes, pois tem poucos caixas, e poucos funcionários pra trabalharem nos caixas a maioria dos caixas ficam "Fechado". Não tem embaladores, ai complica mais porque alem do(a) caixa passar suas compras também tem que te ajudar a embalar suas compras. Isso faz com que fique mais lento o caixa !!
The price is reasonable (+/-) .. Service is terrible, cashiers always attend you with a frown, in case of any problem they are all treating you badly, throwing you to each other until you give up .. The queues are always gigantic , because there are few cashiers, and few employees to work at the cashiers, most cashiers are "Closed". There are no packers, there it complicates more because in addition to the cashier to spend your purchases you also have to help you pack your purchases. This slows down the cashier !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estabelecimento muito mal arrumado. Corredores muito estreitos. Climatização péssima. Açougue com higienização duvidosa. Demora no atendimento já é uma marca registrada pelo menos nessa loja. Não tem embalador e muitas vezes os clientes que tem que embalar as próprias compras. Preços de alguns produtos divergem na prateleira tem valor e no caixa outro. Poucas variedades de produtos.
Very poorly maintained establishment. Very narrow corridors. Lousy climate. Butcher shop with questionable hygiene. Delay in service is already a registered trademark at least in this store. There is no packer and often customers who have to pack their own purchases. Prices of some products differ on the shelf have value and on the other checkout. Few varieties of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha... só vá nesse lugar se realmente for uma emergência e olha lá, viu?! Recomendo que antes engula algum comprimido tipo ansiolítico e calmantes. Vais encarar um pseudoatendimento que ainda HORRENDO, tá?!! Produtos de hortifruti mal disponibilizados, uma coisa complicada é conseguir escolher uma verdura nesse lugar. Todas mal arrumadas como se restos embolados num local meio que no caminho das pessoas, ou seja, não dá para escolher/garimpar com paciência e tranquilidade algo dentre as péssimas que expostas. Outra coisa que em muito chama a atenção é o péssimo e lento(muito) atendimento. Com certeza ali não investem nem o mínimo em treinamento e preparo de seus funcionários. Parece que estão ali de favor! Me stresso só de imaginar ter que ir ali para ver preço. Sempre me arrependo ao entrar. Sempre acontece de largar tudo e sair com ódio em busca do Extrabom da Vila Rubim. Distante para mim, mas compensador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior supermercado da região do Centro de Vitória. Os corredores são estreitos, não há embaladores, a climatização é ruim e o atendimento é péssimo. Os preços são razoáveis, porém sem variedades de alguns produtos. Só entro nesse lugar para comprar poucos itens e olhe lá! Precisa de uma reforma e reformulação do atendimento urgente. Uma estrela ainda é muito.
The worst supermarket in the downtown area of Vitória. The aisles are narrow, there are no packers, the air conditioning is bad and the service is terrible. The prices are reasonable, but there are no varieties of some products. I only enter this place to buy a few items and look there! Needs a reform and reformulation of urgent care. One star is still a lot.
