Os anos se passaram e o curso técnico foi perde do espaço para cursos superiores que surgiram a reboque do sucesso do ILCT. Atualmente faltam verbas, já que é uma escola pública que em breve passará a ofertar curso superior na sua área de atuação. Será um renascimento? Veremos. Espero que além do leite, a escola se volte para alimentos baseados em plantas. Vamos esperar.
