★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A construtora se mostrado medíocre na entrega de um dos seus empreendimentos, não responde aos e-mails enviados e só adiam a entrega dos nossos apartamentos alegando crise pela pandemia. Engraçado que a gente também está na crise mas os boletos estão em dia! O apartamento decorado usado pra vender é diferente do entregue, colocaram texturas em todas as paredes sem perguntar se nós moradores iriam querer isto e tem sido bem estressante acompanhar a evolução de obras do nosso futuro condomínio.
Não recomendo EPH pra nada!
 The construction company has shown itself mediocre in the delivery of one of its developments, does not respond to emails sent and only postpone the delivery of our apartments alleging a crisis due to the pandemic. Funny that we are also in the crisis but the slips are up to date! The decorated apartment used to sell is different from the one delivered, they put textures on all the walls without asking if we residents would want this and it has been very stressful to follow the evolution of works in our future condo.
I don't recommend EPH for anything!

Qualidade da obra não sei, não podemos visitar.
Prazo de entrega torre 1. Previsto para 28/02/2021. Agora em janeiro foi enviado um email comunicando que vai ser nescessário utilizar os 180 dias descrito no contrato. Observando que em 10/01/2021 a evolução da obra junto ao app habitação consta como 95% concluída. Foi passado pela comissão que o motivo seria a Enel demorando pra fazer ligação. Porém ligando para atendimento Enel não foi encontrado nenhum pedido de ligação para o endereço do empreendimento, nescessário número de protocolo do pedido, protocolo esse EPH não forneceu até o momento.
Não entendo o motivo de adiar a entrega.
Deixo claro também que há mais 2 torres com previsões pra 09/2021( torre 2) e 2022 (torre 3). Dando a entender que querem entregar as 3 torres juntos ...
Contrato de compra e venda está descrito que podem ser entregues as torres independente das áreas comuns, devido o empreendimento ter três fases.

Tower 1 delivery time. Expected for 02/28/2021. Now in January, an email was sent stating that it will be necessary to use the 180 days described in the contract. However, calling Enel customer service, no connection request was found for the address of the enterprise, the number of the protocol required for the request, which EPH protocol has not provided so far.
I don't understand the reason for delaying delivery.
I also make it clear that there are 2 more towers with predictions for 09/2021 (tower 2) and 2022 (tower 3). Hinting that they want to deliver the 3 towers together ...
The purchase and sale contract is described that the towers can be delivered regardless of the common areas, due to the fact that the project has three phases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei meu apartamento em agosto de 2018 com previsão de entrega da torre 1 em dezembro de 2020 e torre 2 maio de 2021. Os moradores receberam um comunicado informando que a construtora iria utilizar os 180 dias por lei e entregar a torre 1 em junho de 2021, até ai tudo bem a questão é que cada um dessa empresa fala uma coisa. O engenheiro da Obra fala uma coisa, você liga na EPH e cada funcionário tem uma informação! Vários moradores moram de aluguel e precisam se mudar logo e a nossa evolução de obra está nas alturas.
Os moradores da torre 2 receberam ontem um comunicado dizendo que a construtora iria utilizar também os 180 dias, mudando a data de entrega para novembro de 2021 e os moradores da torre 1 receberam OUTRO comunicado dizendo que por conta da pandemia a entrega mudou para janeiro de 2022!!
A entrega que seria em dezembro de 2020 mudou para janeiro de 2022, e a desculpa foi PANDEMIA.
Os materiais não pararam de chegar gente, estamos acompanhando tudo e por incrivel que pareça vocês estão lançando outro empreendimento.
Que engraçado! Se está sem material por que lançar um novo apartamento? Fazer outras pessoas de besta?

I bought my apartment in August 2018 with delivery scheduled for tower 1 in December 2020 and tower 2 in May 2021. Residents received a statement informing them that the construction company would use the 180 days by law and deliver tower 1 in June 2021. , so far so good the question is that each one of this company says something. The construction engineer says something, you call EPH and each employee has information! Several residents live on rent and need to move soon and our work progress is high.
The residents of tower 2 yesterday received a statement saying that the construction company would also use the 180 days, changing the delivery date to November 2021 and the residents of tower 1 received ANOTHER statement saying that due to the pandemic, delivery changed to January of 2022 !!
The delivery that would be in December 2020 changed to January 2022, and the excuse was PANDEMIA.
The materials didn't stop arriving, people, we are following everything and, incredible as it may seem, you are launching another project.
How funny! If you are out of material why launch a new apartment? Make other people silly?
CAN NOT UNDERSTAND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entrega dentro do prazo, não se comunica com os clientes fiquei sabendo do segundo atraso na obra por um colega que resebeu o email da EPH, fora que na vistoria do meu AP fiquei super decepcionada com tantas avarias, como podem chamar para vistoria com apartamento naquele estado até sem esquadria nas portas! Estou super decepcionada com a falta de respeito!
Fora as respostas que dão com esse cópia e cola!
Does not deliver on time, does not communicate with customers I learned about the second delay in the work from a colleague who received EPH's email, besides that when I inspected my AP I was super disappointed with so many breakdowns, what can you call for an apartment inspection in that state even without squares on the doors! I'm super disappointed with the lack of respect!
Apart from the answers they give with this copy and paste!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não façam negócio com está empresa, comprei um apartamento péssimo negócio, vem cheio de vícios.
O funcionário AÉCIO que dizem que é engenheiro, mas já ouvi falar que não tem CREA, é muiito folgado, não resolve nada, é arrogante, enrola e se recusa a fazer reparados e vícios ocultos que tem no apartamento (reparos garantidos em contrato de garantia).
Péssimo profissional se assim pode se chamar o sujeito. Vou processar construtora.

Don't do business with this company, I bought a terrible apartment, it's full of vices.
The AÉCIO employee who says he's an engineer, but I've heard that he doesn't have CREA, is very lazy, doesn't solve anything, is arrogant, messes around and refuses to make repairs and hidden vices that he has in the apartment (repairs guaranteed in a warranty contract ).
Terrible professional if that's what the guy can be called. I'll sue the construction company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior empresa no ramo, funcionários mal educados, entrega tudo com atraso, sou morador do reserva da seringueira a mais de 2 anos atrasado para entregar, agora estão informando que o habita-se não saiu e isso é problema da prefeitura, não caem nessa enrola dessa empresa passem longe vão perder dinheiro e passar muita raiva.
The worst company in the business, rude employees, delivers all late, I am rubber booking resident of more than two years late to deliver, are now saying that the dwelling is not out and this is the problem of city hall, do not fall into this winds that pass away company will lose money and spend a lot of anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apartamento com a EPH era pra entregar a chave dia 11 de maio, o praso pra entrega se estendeu por 180 dias que o prazo vence hoje 11 de novembro e mandaram um e-mail dizendo que só vai entregar a chave dia 30 de janeiro e alegaram que foi devido a pandemia e todos nós sabemos que a construção civil nunca parou por conta da pandemia. Então quem quiser comprar apartamento com essa construtora eu nunca indicaria porque eles não tem um mínimo de respeito pelos seus clientes já está indo pra 4 anos de espera e nada e sem contar que estamos pagando evolução de obra caricimos.
I bought an apartment with EPH and the key was to be delivered on May 11th, the delivery period was extended for 180 days, the deadline expires on November 11th and they sent an email saying that they will only deliver the key on January 30th and they claimed it was due to the pandemic and we all know that civil construction never stopped because of the pandemic. So whoever wants to buy an apartment with this construction company, I would never indicate because they don't have a minimum of respect for their customers, it's already going to wait 4 years and nothing and not to mention that we're paying careless construction progress.

Prazo de entrega não foi cumprido com 10 meses de atraso. Péssima qualidade de acabamentos. Minhas paredes parecem uma pista de corrida cheia de curvas. Sem falar nos apartamentos vizinhos.
Eu acho uma vergonha vocês ainda dizerem que o atraso foi por causa da pandemia pois os pagamentos de ovulação de obra nenhum atrasou todos vieram em dia.
Construtora péssima e nunca vou indicar pra ninguém .
I bought with EPH the worst company I have ever seen.
Delivery deadline was not met with 10 months delay. Poor quality of finishes. My walls feel like a curvy racetrack. Not to mention the neighboring apartments.
I think it's a shame you still say that the delay was because of the pandemic because the ovulation payments for the work, none of them were late, everyone came on time.
Terrible builder and I will never recommend it to anyone.
