★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cadeira em 20 de agosto de 2021. Já se passaram mais de 44 dias e ninguém me dá alguma explicação, não atendem pelo e-mail, no telefone de SAC, no telefone de televendas. O vendedor Paulo Luis Lopes ME não me deu sequer uma previsão da entrega. Sei dos meus direitos de consumidora. Denunciarei no PROCON na semana que vem!
Empresa ruim demais, NÂO RECOMENDO!

I bought a chair on August 20, 2021. It's been more than 44 days and nobody gives me an explanation, they don't answer by email, on the SAC phone, on the telesales phone. Seller Paulo Luis Lopes ME didn't even give me a delivery forecast. I know my consumer rights. I will report it on PROCON next week!
Too bad company, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM DESSA EMPRESA e nem do feiraodooffice.com.br. O design dos sites são os mesmos, telefones, cnpj, endereço e reclamações também, somente muda o domínio, mas é tudo igual.
Sempre faço pesquisa dos meus fornecedores, porém por conta da correria acabei fazendo a compra sem pesquisar. NÃO FAÇAM ISSO.
A maior dor de cabeça para receber as peças, e somente isso aconteceu porque insistia as ligações no whatsapp, por ser o único meio de comunicação, e somente por conta disso me respondiam e enviaram minhas peças. Mas antes tive que esperar mais de um mês e ainda ouvir que fazia questão de R$ 400,00. E ainda entrar em contato pelo instagram de um dos responsáveis, porque nem no whatsapp estavam respondendo mais, mesmo ligando.
Infelizmente ainda tem pessoas aproveitadoras que se aproveitam de pessoas idôneas para obterem lucro.
ALGUMAS DICAS ANTES DE COMPRAREM EM QUALQUER EMPRESA:
*Confira se o numero informado no site atende normalmente, portanto ligue.
*Procure no reclame aqui, como foi tratado as reclamações e se foram resolvidas.
*Procure opiniões em outros lugares, instagram, facebook, sites.
*Desconfie de preços muito baixos, melhor pagar R$ 500,00 a mais e ser de um site confiável, do que pagar barato e perder o dinheiro.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY or from feiraodooffice.com.br. The design of the sites are the same, telephones, cnpj, address and complaints too, it only changes the domain, but everything is the same.
I always do research on my suppliers, but because of the rush I ended up making the purchase without researching. DO NOT DO IT.
The biggest headache to receive the pieces, and only that happened because I insisted the calls on whatsapp, because it was the only means of communication, and only because of that they answered me and sent my pieces. But before that I had to wait more than a month and still hear that it was a question of R$ 400.00. And even get in touch through the instagram of one of the people responsible, because they weren't even responding on whatsapp anymore, even calling.
Unfortunately, there are still profiteers who take advantage of reputable people to make a profit.
SOME TIPS BEFORE BUYING FROM ANY COMPANY:
*Check if the number given on the site is open normally, so call.
*Look at the complaint here, how the complaints were handled and if they were resolved.
*Look for opinions elsewhere, instagram, facebook, websites.
*Be wary of very low prices, better to pay R$500.00 more and be from a trustworthy site than to pay cheap and lose money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei dois pistões para cadeira no início de dezembro de 2021, já estamos caminhando para o fim de janeiro e nada de receber. O único telefone da empresa não atende, não respondem e-mail, nada. Para mim é golpe. Se tivesse visto os comentários aqui antes, teria evitado meu prejuízo.
