They didn't solve my problem and still ask to get an electrician without knowing if it's their case. Still asks to call on 0800 for nothing or WhatsApp spare me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no local ótimo! mais alguns funcionários que trabalham em campo precisam de treinamento e educação para chegar nas residências e não quebrar os equipamentos que nelas estão! , porque eles pertencem aos proprietários das mesmas com o preço das taxas qualquer um atrasa e nem por isso vcs " funcionário" tem o direito de quebrar chegar jogando nada no chão !
Great on-site service! some more employees who work in the field need training and education to get to the homes and not break the equipment that is in them! , because they belong to the owners of the same with the price of the fees anyone delays and not for that you "employee" have the right to break and throw anything on the floor!

Horrible experience, I paid my electricity bill the following month, a notice of cut came, I have all the receipts in hand but they said I had to pay again, I'll look for my rights, you can be sure, another thing, be careful who takes the reading, they put what they want, they don't provide a proper service, my bill came to 130.95 I paid last month they came charging 102.00 the guy who took the reading did everything wrong then instead of paying 102.00 I paid 130.95
