★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As sessões são marcadas a cada meia hora, porém atrasam para chamada de entrada ,então a sessão, por ex, de tens, que deveria durar 20min acaba sendo no MAXIMO de 15min. Na série que fiz de 10 sessões isso aconteceu por volta de 70% a 80%. Além disso nem todas cabines tem aparelhagem para tens em 3 pontos então fazem você marcar 2 horários, ou fazem só em 2 pontos . O meu médico determinou que não era pra fazer alongamento na cervical, mas a fisioterapeuta Carol insistia, me deixando na saia justa. Você paga por um serviço/atendimento que é fornecido incompleto. O item bom é que tem algumas cabines individuais. O melhor de tudo foi o atendimento no balcão de chegada/marcação, especialmente da Fernanda que me atendeu muito bem sempre que precisei.

Bons funcionários, atendimento excelente. Não demora pra atender, o procedimento é mto profissional e fica de frente o vlt da Cinelândia. Em um dos dias marcados o elev não funcionou. Mas me ligaram pra remarcar c antecedência. Show demais

A Mariana é atenciosa, prestativa, esforçada e uma excelente profissional!
Mas, como todo o bônus tem um ônus, ela é a fisioterapeuta com mais pacientes. Então, peço para os responsáveis da clínica darem mais valor para ela, porque se ela sair do setor da fisioterapia irá ficar um caos!
Eu era do turno da tarde e passei para o turno da manhã e não me arrependo. Eu observo o tratamento dos outros profissionais com os pacientes e não é a mesma coisa, a Mariana dá o seu melhor para a cura do paciente e com um tempo curtíssimo. Eu fiz uma sessão a tarde antes de passar para o turno da manhã e a profissional da tarde só fez uma atividade em mim, já a Mariana na 1° sessão fez três atividades e ainda atendeu outros pacientes, ela aproveita os equipamentos que são disponibilizados, ela não para um só minuto, enquanto vejo uns profissionais sentados! Então, sou muito fã da Mariana e não pego mais nenhum profissional!

I was on the afternoon shift and moved to the morning shift and I don't regret it. I observe the treatment of other professionals with patients and it is not the same thing, Mariana does her best to cure the patient and with a very short time. I did an afternoon session before moving to the morning shift and the afternoon professional only did one activity for me, Mariana, in the 1st session, did three activities and also saw other patients, she takes advantage of the equipment that is available, she doesn't stop for a single minute, while I see some professionals sitting down! So, I'm a big fan of Mariana and I don't get any more professionals!

Marquei para fazer na clínica, fisioterapia das atms (articulações temporo mandibulares). Esperei por mais de um mês o dia do atendimento, para chegar na hora me dizerem que eu havia sido marcada com uma fisioterapeuta que não era especialista no meu problema. Sendo que no momento da marcação, informei de forma bem clara que a fisioterapia era das atms.
Fui remarcada para a semana seguinte com uma outra fisioterapeuta, que, de acordo com a recepcionista, era a certa para tratar do meu problema. Mas adivinhem só? Chegando no dia e na hora marcados, fui informada que a profissional em questão também não era especialista no meu problema e que, na verdade, a clínica não atende esse tipo de especialidade.
Para tentar amenizar a situação, me encaminharam para o RPG. O especialista, muito atencioso por sinal, veio conversar comigo e disse que poderia me atender num outro dia pois no momento ele já estava com um paciente. A recepcionista (uma terceira pessoa) marcou minha consulta para dias depois e, ao ser questionada se o meu plano de saúde cobria as sessões de RPG, ela me garantiu que sim. Minutos depois, no entanto, me ligou dizendo que é só no particular.
Ou seja, as recepcionistas são despreparadas e parecem não saber de nada. Dão informações equivocadas (mais de uma vez - no meu caso, foram 3 vezes) fazendo você perder tempo e gastar dinheiro se locomovendo. Sem contar a dor que estou sentindo nas articulações, que já poderia estar sendo tratada em outro lugar, se não fosse a espera oriunda da incompetência das funcionárias envolvidas.

I made an appointment to do at the clinic, physiotherapy of the ATMs (temporo mandibular joints). I waited for over a month on the day of the appointment, to arrive at the time to be told that I had been scheduled with a physiotherapist who was not a specialist in my problem. At the time of the appointment, I clearly informed that physiotherapy belonged to the ATMs.
I was rescheduled for the following week with another physiotherapist who, according to the receptionist, was the right one to deal with my problem. But guess what? Arriving on the scheduled day and time, I was informed that the professional in question was not a specialist in my problem either and that, in fact, the clinic does not serve this type of specialty.
To try to alleviate the situation, they referred me to RPG. The specialist, very attentive by the way, came to talk to me and said he could see me another day because at the time he was already with a patient. The receptionist (a third person) made my appointment for days later, and when asked if my health plan covered RPG sessions, she assured me that it did. Minutes later, however, he called me saying it was only in private.
That is, the receptionists are unprepared and seem to know nothing. They give wrong information (more than once - in my case, it was 3 times) causing you to waste time and money getting around. Not to mention the pain I'm feeling in my joints, which could already be being treated elsewhere, if it weren't for the wait arising from the incompetence of the employees involved.

Estava há anos tentando curar uma tendinite e tive um ótimo resultado combinando RPG (Bruno), acupuntura (Elisângela) e fisioterapia (Luciana). Profissionais extremamente competentes, dedicados e humanos. A equipe de recepcionistas também é muito boa (Talita, Thati). As instalações são novíssimas e muito agradáveis. Super recomendo!
The best physiotherapy, RPG and acupuncture clinic I found. I had been trying to cure tendinitis for years and had a great result combining RPG (Bruno), acupuncture (Elisângela) and physiotherapy (Luciana).
