★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Várias opções de sementes, farinhas, óleos, enfim tudo natural. Tem embalagens fechadas e a granel, além de um pequeno Hortifruti também. Tem uma parte de suplementos nutricionais, pipoca artesanal, biscoitos e salgadinhos mais naturais também. Recomendo para os Veganos e Vegetarianos.
Various options of seeds, flours, oils, finally all natural. It has closed and bulk packaging, as well as a small Hortifruti as well. There is a part of nutritional supplements, artisanal popcorn, cookies and more natural snacks as well. I recommend it for Vegans and Vegetarians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Apenas 1 pessoa atendendo no balcão de produtos granel. Vários funcionários andando pela loja mas ninguém para atender, mesmo eu estando com uma criança de colo.
Terrible attendance. Only 1 person serving at the bulk products counter. Several employees walking around the store but no one to attend, even though I was with an infant.

Primeiro que a mocinha que me atendeu não sabia qual bolo era feito com xilytol. Acho que os funcionários precisam entender do produto que vendem.
Havia um caixa funcionando, muita demora na hora do pagamento.
No geral poderia ser bem melhor.

First, the girl who attended me didn't know which cake was made with xilytol. I think employees need to understand the product they sell.
There was a cashier working, a long delay in payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei castanhas e estavam com gosto horrível e aparência estranha. Disseram que não poderiam trocar produtos a granel e que o problema era o meu paladar. Não devolveram meu dinheiro e não me ofereceram outro produto em troca, apenas um desconto na próxima compra. Absurdo esse tratamento com o cliente. Totalmente decepcionada. Não compro mais nada neste estabelecimento.
I bought chestnuts and they tasted awful and looked weird. They said they couldn't exchange bulk products and that the problem was my taste buds. They didn't refund my money and didn't offer me another product in return, just a discount on my next purchase. This treatment with the client is absurd. Totally disappointed. I don't buy anything else at this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive esse domingo na loja, não reparei na hora e fui muito mal atendida por duas atendentes, fiquei sem entender a causa, qdo entrei no meu carro para sair da loja, vi a funcionária colocando uma corrente para não deixar mais ninguém entrar. Eu e minha filha nos olhamos e falamos, ahhh foi por isso.... rsrs
Lamentável! Não costumo retornar em local onde fui mal atendida. Sugiro treinar melhor os atendentes, até porque se trata de uma loja que remete a bem estar e essa conduta está longe de passar isso ao seu cliente.
I was at the store this Sunday, I didn't notice it at the time and I was very poorly attended by two attendants, I didn't understand the cause, when I got in my car to leave the store, I saw the employee putting a chain on so as not to let anyone else in. Me and my daughter looked at each other and talked, ahhh that was why.... lol
Unfortunate! I don't usually return to a place where I was poorly attended. I suggest better training the attendants, because this is a store that refers to well-being and this conduct is far from passing that on to its customers.
