Ela é ótima profissional, sempre atenta e sempre disposta .. Indico de olho fechado.
Agora o atendimento presencial na recepção chega a ser constrangedor de tão desagradável.
Todas as vezes que eu tive consulta, fui tratada com pouco caso pela recepção.
Contínuo tratamento, pois a especialista que me atende é excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A médica que a minha filha passa e maravilhosa Dr Viviane, porém o atendimento via WhatsApp da clínica e péssimo, demoram a responder, já estou na terceira tentativa de marcar um consulta e as datas só vão se prologando. Pois demoram dias pra responder. Muito difícil.
The doctor that my daughter sees is wonderful Dr Viviane, but the service via WhatsApp from the clinic is terrible, they take a long time to respond, I'm already on the third attempt to book an appointment and the dates are only getting longer. It takes days to respond. Very difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não há educação mínima dos recepcionistas. Nem parece um serviço pago, sinceramente. Má vontade extrema de atender. O nome da moça que me atendeu era Kelly se não me engano.
Terrible attendance. There is no minimum education of receptionists. It doesn't even feel like a paid service, honestly. Extreme unwillingness to answer. The name of the girl who answered me was Kelly if I'm not mistaken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa clínica é péssima em atendimento. Os recepcionistas são lerdos , não sabem lidar com o público e na hora de marcar outra sessão é um descaso total. Os atendentes são péssimos e parecem ter má vontade na hora de atender, não têm paciência. Já cobraram errado duas vezes o valor das sessões. Despreparo total! Não recomendo !
This clinic is terrible at customer service. The receptionists are slow, they don't know how to deal with the public and when it's time to schedule another session it's a total disregard. The attendants are terrible and seem to have a bad will when answering, they have no patience. They have already charged twice the value of the sessions wrong. Total unpreparedness! I do not recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz 10 sessões de fisioterapia pelo meu plano de saúde e não tive problemas no agendamento e no atendimento na recepção. E fui muito bem atendido pelo fisioterapeuta Douglas, mesmo ele atendendo até outros 3 pacientes simultaneamente comigo.
I did 10 physiotherapy sessions through my health plan and had no problems with scheduling and service at the reception. And I was very well attended by the physical therapist Douglas, even though he saw up to 3 other patients simultaneously with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pela nutricionista Bruna. Foi uma excelente consulta, teve paciência para me escultar, me explicou tudo com calma, fez o plano alimentar e com certeza voltarei.
Na recepção fui muito bem atendida pela Tiffane. Adorei! A localização é bom, fica muito próximo ao metro santa cruz.
I was attended by nutritionist Bruna. It was an excellent consultation, he had the patience to listen to me, he explained everything to me calmly, he made the food plan and I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma vez um péssimo atendimento. Descaso total em cumprir a agenda. Tele-consulta marcada para as 14:45 e passado mais de 1h de atraso liguei lá os atendentes não sabem o que possa ter acontecido. Falaram que iriam ligar pro médico e retornar, mas nao retornam nunca.
Simplesmente ninguém te dá um posição.
Pior de tudo que eu tinha uma reunião importante as 16h e não vou conseguir comparecer por culpa da desorganização dessa clínica.
Once again bad service. Total disregard for meeting the agenda. Tele-appointment scheduled for 14:45 and after more than 1h of delay I called the attendants there, they don't know what might have happened. They said they would call the doctor and get back, but they never do.
No one just gives you a position.
Worst of all, I had an important meeting at 4 pm and I won't be able to attend because of the disorganization of this clinic.
