Porém, minha segunda experiencia foi frustante, fui mal atendido e sai do estabelecimento um pouco constrangido. Acho que dei azar de ter ido no dia errado, mas o seu dono/gerente precisa saber que não pode passar para o cliente os problemas do seu dia-a-dia.
The first experience was very good, where I could attest to the professional capacity of those who work there. The service was even better than I imagined. However, my second experience was frustrating, I was poorly attended and left the establishment a little embarrassed. I think I was unlucky to have gone on the wrong day, but its owner / manager needs to know that he cannot pass on the day-to-day problems to the client.
