★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, prestativo na hora e depois esquece, com o projeto já montado cheguei na loja, porém já fui criticado que meu projeto, não prestava que ia ficar feio e que estava tudo errado, mesmo eu ja tendo visto o mesmo projeto tocando perfeitamente, mais por humildade e aceitação por uma melhora aceitei as opiniãos, logo após o pagamento, tive que entrar em contato mais de 3 vezes a pergunta do projeto, visualizavam as mensagens porém sem respostas, quando me mandou a foto do projeto com mais de duas semana sendo que o combinado era 10 dias corridos, mais uma decepção o projeto não tinha nada a ver com o que tinha mostrado a ele, ou seja um descaso total, uma grosseria como se eu fosse o culpado dele não saber projetar e montar aquilo que pedem e sim o que ele acha melhor, por fim fiz o cancelamento da compra, não recomendo nem um pouco tanto pela falta de preocupação com os sonhos dos outros como prestação de trabalho.
 Terrible service, helpful at the time and then forget about it, with the project already set up I arrived at the store, but I was already criticized that my project was worthless and that everything was wrong, even though I had already seen the same project playing perfectly, more out of humility and acceptance for an improvement I accepted the opinions, right after payment, I had to contact the project question more than 3 times, they viewed the messages but no answers, when they sent me the project picture with more than two weeks since the agreement was 10 calendar days, yet another disappointment, the project had nothing to do with what I had shown him, that is, total disregard, a rudeness as if I were to blame for his not knowing how to design and assemble what they ask for. and yes, what he thinks is best, I finally canceled the purchase, I don't recommend it at all because of the lack of concern with the dreams of others as a job provision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, me ameaçaram, passaram um orçamento e na hora de pagar era outro. O KIT OPHera de duas vendidos por eles um crossover veio com defeito não trocaram e na hora da instalação um dos seus funcionários furou o alto falante. Chamei a polícia porém mesmo assim não resolveram irei gastar um dinheiro enorme com advogados e irei ser ressarcido cada centavos. Os policiais deram várias opções para ele resolver porém não aceitou nenhuma e me devolveu a peça com defeito junto com o alto falante que o seu funcionário furou e pediu para eu procurar os meus direitos junto ao Procon e a justiça.
Poor service, they threatened me, they gave me a budget and when it was time to pay it was another. The OPHera KIT of two sold by them a crossover came defective did not change and at the time of installation one of its employees punctured the loudspeaker. I called the police but they still didn’t decide to spend a huge amount of money on lawyers and I will be reimbursed every penny. The police gave him several options to solve but he did not accept any and returned the defective piece to me along with the loudspeaker that his employee pierced and asked me to look for my rights with Procon and the justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo na hora de realizar o pagamento dão a maior atenção, agora na parte de instalação, e atendimento de dúvidas do cliente, péssimo, falta muita organização, funcionários jogando de um para o outro o serviço, tradução péssimo atendimento, única coisa que presta são as caixas, de resto é resto.
They pay great attention, now in the installation part, and answering customer queries, terrible, lack of organization, employees throwing the service from one to the other, translation terrible service, the only thing they provide is the boxes, otherwise it's the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é simplesmente péssimo, não indico para ninguém. Mal atendimento, trabalho horrível, falta de educação e ética contra o cliente. Eles dizem fazer qualquer coisa mais na verdade quando aparecem projetos diferentes do básico que elas já tem pronto, elas corre e te oferecem oque é mais viável para ganhar dinheiro rápido.
The place is just terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone. Poor service, horrible work, lack of politeness and ethics against the customer. They say they will do anything more, in fact, when they come up with projects other than the basic ones that they already have done, they run and offer you what is most viable to earn quick money.
