Produto de péssima qualidade, as peças enferrujam por dentro, não vedam a refrigeração, produto com menos de um ano todo molhado os vidros, parece uma cachoeira. Assistência técnica passa quase três semanas para te atender. Não recomendo a compra, é raiva e dor de cabeça. 09/03/2020. Vejam em data foi postado minha reclamação e quando eles responderam, de uma maneira vaga e estapafúrdia, infelizmente esse pessoa que respondeu é totalmente despreparada e emprega um termo que é usado para seres humanos e animais para uma justificativa sem pé nem cabeça, ou seja, admitiram entre linhas que o produto ê de péssima qualidade, ou seja me vendem um produto de quase R$ 5.000,00 e dizem que não tenho garantia porquê comprei um produto de segunda linha deles, mais se eu quiser um melhorzinho eles tem, meu senhor seu produto se óxido e tinha vazamentos com menos de 6 meses, tenha vergonha na cara e trabalhem de forma honesta e transparente com o cliente, erros e defeitos acontecem, portanto que exista da parte da empresa vontade e boa fé com o cliente, e não respostas vazias e estapafúrdias como essa sua,
