★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma câmera fria , da empresa Equipar, com o vendedor Éder, informei que será montada em área externa, fizeram a instalação no dia , 05/11, deixaram um duto com com a fiação emendada , esses dutos ficaram aperto de forma que qualquer chuva a água vai direto para dentro da cx de comando , liguei para o Sr André , que disse que é o responsável técnico, o Sr André me disse para subir na câmera e tampar o buraco com silicone , paguei 23 mil reais avista por um produto que tenho que subir em cima e tampar buraco com silicone, falta de profissionalismo , o Sr Éder informou que poderia ficar em área externa , como enviam um técnico que monta um equipamento externo e deixa um buraco entrando água no comando elétrico do equipamento , pedindo solução ninguém fez nada até o momento. Peço providência urgente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com amanhã dia 01/12 serão 3 días de obra parada pq o pessoal além de malhumorados não conseguem finalizar de montar uma câmara fria que me fizeram que seria montada em até 2 horas, estamos indo para 70 horas sem finalizar de montar a câmera e com Minha obra parada por conta dos "profissionais" da equipar.

deste. Eu vou fica brincando de puxa o silicone. E assim mesmo vai enrolado até passar a garantia.
