Quando muito jovem ultilizei bastante o salão do Ailton e naquela época nunca tive problemas, mas a ultima vez tive uma experiência desagradável.. Resolvi fazer a postagem para alertar as pessoas ,para não cometer o mesmo erro que eu cometi.. Retornando para o bairro novamente depois de muitos anos fora , procurei o salão do Ailton pois um dia nos encontramos no mercado e ele disse q estava com salão novo etc, passados alguns meses resolvi experimentar os serviços na casa nova.. Fui para fazer um morena iluminada e sai com um corte químico de la..Eu entrei no salão as 9hs e sai de lá as 17hs, ou seja ele não fez o teste e insistiu todo esse tempo achando q o cabelo ia abrir a cor prometida, fiquei muito chateada pq só agora consegui acertar o dano que me causou, meu cabelo ficou podre, tive que corta lo chanel pq parte dele perdi ... o pior de tudo foi ele me cobrar o valor q havia fixado.. sendo que ele como profissional deveria de ter dito pra mim que o cabelo nao estava abrindo e nao seria possivel tal procedimento... ou seja ele só visou o bolso dele... na ocasiao ele passou varios produtos ..pintou o cabelo etc,para tentar disfarçar o estrago.. mas qnd lavei no outro dia, meu cabelo estava uma borracha e cada passada de pente um pedaço saia.. sendo q ainda o alertei no dia ..pq meu cabelo é tingido de preto desde muito jovem, e todos profissionais que passei disseram q o preto é um processo muito lento pra clarear e requer muito tempo ..São anos! Mas o Ailton disse q isso era possivel, no tanto que no dia ele ainda quis insinuar que havia outra química no meu cabelo (tipo progressiva, relaxamento etc) coisa que eu nunca fiz. Enfim, deixo aqui a minha experiência pra que outras pessoas antes da empolgação..se certificar da experiência do profissional e pra que não tenham danos financeiros nem estéticos.Acho que no mínimo ele deveria como profissional, não ter cobrado o valor e ter me oferecido um tratamento, assumindo assim o seu erro. Todos nós estamos passivos de erros, tive um prejuizo financeiro, pq tive que ir em outros profissionais para acertar e reparar o estrago, fiz o tratamento ,e minha auto estima tbm ficou baixa pois sempre tive cabelo grande e tive que me render ao chanel . acredito que assim ele me teria como cliente ainda.. mas diante a essa conduta infelizmente não mais , e se me perguntarem não indico seus serviços.

I went into the salon at 9 am and left at 5 pm, that is, he did not take the test and insisted all this time thinking that the hair would open up to the promised color, I was very upset because only now I managed to get it right. the damage he caused me, my hair was rotten, I had to cut the chanel because I lost part of it... the worst thing was that he charged me the amount I had fixed... since he, as a professional, should have told me that the hair was not opening and such procedure would not be possible... that is, he only targeted his pocket... at the time he used several products... he dyed his hair, etc., to try to disguise the damage... but when I washed it the other day, my hair there was an eraser and each comb a piece came out.. and i alerted you on the day ..because my hair has been dyed black since I was very young, and all the professionals I've gone through said that black is a very slow process to lighten and requires a long time .. It's years! But Ailton said that was possible, not so much that on the day he still wanted to insinuate that there was another chemistry in my hair (progressive type, relaxation etc) which I never did. Anyway, I leave my experience here so that other people before the excitement... make sure of the professional's experience and that they don't have financial or aesthetic damage. I think that at least he should as a professional, not have charged the amount and offered me a treatment, thus assuming its error. We are all liable for mistakes, I had a financial loss, because I had to go to other professionals to fix and repair the damage, I did the treatment, and my self-esteem was also low because I always had big hair and I had to surrender to the chanel. I believe that that way he would still have me as a client... but in view of this conduct, unfortunately no more, and if you ask me, I won't recommend his services.
